The Team
The HRBP team is responsible for working with the EMT members, leadership teams and people managers to transform, grow and mature their department or division to a scale which, through our associates we deliver the realization of the future strategies and long term objectives of TH, CK and PVH. The HRBP team are the critical connectors between the needs of the business and the capabilities within HR including other international HRBP teams, COEs and shared services. The HRBPs co create with senior leaders the people plan for their business area and facilitate key cyclical and strategic activities to enable business success. The HRBP role is key in enabling our business transformation and growth.
The Position
The Senior HR Business Partner works as a strategic professional and coaches business leaders to enhance organizational capabilities and supports their strategic people and business agenda in areas of change and transformation, talent management, culture evolution and organizational design and effectiveness. The Senior HR Business Partner guides the Hub leaders to optimize their organization, increase individual and team performance and develop talent by utilizing HR CoE products and frameworks, business insights and feedback. Moreover, they collaborate with HR CoEs in designing and delivering business relevant HR initiatives or supporting business transformation. The Senior HR Business Partner represents one voice to the Hub leadership team for HR, linking HR experts to the Hub leadership teams needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Co-create the Hub people agenda towards the business, develop and implement people plans for the organization based on business and people strategy whilst leveraging people analytics and key performance indicators.
Be an active member of the Hub leadership team with a strong relationship to all leadership team members and provide relevant future looking people solutions based on business acumen, strategic insight and a deep understanding of people approaches and trends.
Evolve organizational performance by leveraging both, expertise and approaches in organization design/effectiveness and change management, constantly diagnosing the root cause of capability gaps, bringing solutions by creating the most efficient organization design for the team.
Own annual workforce planning and on going controlling by translating business and people strategy into concrete workforce plans displaying the future workforce and concrete measures to evolve towards it.
Coach Hub leadership team as well as other senior leaders in managing and developing teams, high potential talents, leadership and functional capabilities in the organization as well as managing performance.
Enable business transformation and be a change agent: lead organizational structure change initiatives based on provided tools and approaches and support leaders during the transformation/transition/change process.
Liaise with all HR CoEs to constantly evolve and improve PVH HR processes, approaches, policies, and tools by providing insights and feedback from the business, contributing to the design with a holistic view and business acumen.
Support Hub leadership team in rolling out HR cyclical processes based on the HR COEs guidance (annual salary revision, Performance Management & Development, Talent Planning) as well as PVH EMEA/Global wide initiatives related to leadership behaviours/culture and D&I.
Support the Hub leadership team in improving year on year the succession for the critical business roles whilst laying down a holistic talent plan (for office/retail) to secure key talent retention, career progression and talent pools expansion through a utilization on HR COE frames and tools and own Hub Talent insights & analytics.
Support the Hub leadership team in improving the associate engagement (office/retail), working out priority focus areas based on insights and analytics from surveys and direct knowledge of the business.
Provide guidance on complex challenges along the associate-life-cycle applying a deep understanding of individual and collective employment law.
Partner with the business leaders in driving and elevating key people practices such as performance, talent, succession, retention, team effectiveness and employee engagement.
Represent the PVH EMEA HR BP community and actively take part in EMEA HR enterprise projects for own development as well as to support PVH EMEA HR continuous improvement journey.
The Ideal Candidate:
Demonstrates high levels of personal accountability
Is active in keeping up to date with future thinking in business and HR
Experienced (6 years plus) Business Partnering professional including experience in key projects including organizational design, effectiveness, workforce and strategic planning and change management
Commercially driven and high levels of business acumen
Proven experience of influencing across teams of HR to deliver positive change
Strong curiosity of business strategy, performance and levers for opportunity to improve
Very good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively, persuasively, and credibly
Shares information actively and deals with conflict constructively
Change agent; proven experience of initiating, implementing and leading successful change, in partnership with all stakeholders.
A strong analytical mind-set and natural desire for improving solutions across people, processes, systems and technology; result oriented & forward thinking.
Familiar with Dutch employment law
