The Team

Commercial Operations brings together the operational, digital and transformation capabilities that amplify the success of Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein across Wholesale, Retail and Direct-to-Consumer channels. The function drives operational standards, governance and scalable processes across brands and hubs, ensuring that commercial strategies translate into disciplined, high-quality execution.

By connecting brand strategy with operational execution, Commercial Operations enables hubs and markets to deliver reliable performance today while building scalable foundations for sustainable growth.

Working closely with brand leadership, central and regional commercial organizations, operations teams, IT and analytics, the team supports key brand and hub priorities, strengthens execution discipline and drives measurable improvement across commercial, operational and transformation initiatives.

The Position

As Senior Management Assistant, Commercial Operations, you act as a trusted operational partner to the SVP Commercial Operations, combining senior level executive support with structured governance and execution oversight across the function.

This role goes beyond traditional operational support as you play a central role in enabling leadership effectiveness while ensuring the smooth and reliable day-to-day functioning of the leadership team by managing complex calendars, coordinating travel and logistics, preparing leadership- and team meetings and supporting key management routines. Through structured follow-up, proactive coordination and operational discipline, you enable senior leaders to focus on business priorities and decision-making.

Operating in a high-visibility, fast-paced, international environment, you connect leadership priorities with structured follow-through — helping Commercial Operations deliver with clarity, rigor and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive & Administrative Support

  • Manage complex calendars for the SVP Commercial Operations and VP+ leaders, ensuring effective prioritization and alignment of schedules.

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, logistics and leadership engagements.

  • Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, both in-person and virtual, ensuring smooth preparation, materials and follow-up.

  • Prepare and submit expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Manage invoice processing and supplier communication, including tracking and obtaining required approvals.

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.

Leadership Coordination & Support

  • Own the planning and organization of leadership- and team meetings, offsites, events and workshops.

  • Assist in the preparation and editing of presentations and supporting materials.

  • Support leadership initiatives by tracking actions, decisions and timelines, ensuring clear follow-up.

  • Run and coordinate small projects or workstreams on behalf of the leadership team as required.

  • Support key management processes across Commercial Operations, ensuring structure, consistency and timely execution.

  • Act as a coordination point between leadership, teams and key stakeholders to help maintain alignment across priorities and dependencies.

  • Proactively anticipate leadership needs and resolve operational issues where appropriate.

  • Handle ad hoc requests with flexibility and professionalism.

Measures of Success

  • Smooth and high-quality functioning of Commercial Operations governance and leadership routines

  • High level of accuracy, timeliness and attention to detail in calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting and invoice processing.

  • Well-prepared and efficiently executed leadership- and team meetings, offsites and events, with clear materials and structured follow-up.

  • Consistent tracking of actions, decisions and timelines, ensuring clarity and timely follow-through.

  • Positive stakeholder feedback on professionalism, responsiveness and coordination.

  • Proactive resolution of operational issues before escalation is required.

Ideal Candidate

  • 4+ years of experience in an executive assistant, senior management assistant or similar operational support role within a complex, international organization.

  • Proven experience supporting senior leaders (VP level or above), including complex calendar management and executive-level coordination.

  • Strong organizational and prioritization capabilities combined with analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously

  • Ability to operate confidently in matrix environments and engage senior stakeholders.

  • Structured, solution-oriented mindset with high attention to detail.

  • High discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.

  • Experience preparing leadership- and big team meetings, offsites and events, including agenda coordination and materials preparation.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
