POSITION SUMMARY:

The Senior Brand Media Manager is a highly integral role on the Media team. They will be responsible for translating creative concepts and briefs to media partners, developing brand building marketing plans, and driving breakthrough campaign work that effectively builds our brand and drives both short and long-term business outcomes. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of consumer behavior to drive media that’s innovative and cutting edge. They will bring cross-channel expertise and the right mix of brand and product knowledge to lead integrated campaigns that meet business goals. To be successful in doing this, they must be an expert communicator and able to collaborate and partner with multiple cross-functional teams.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create and identify key marketing strategies that drive interest and capture new customers across Paid Partnerships, Out of Home, Display and Programmatic, Paid Social
  • Own content consolidation across all media channel and ensure cohesiveness across channels
  • Manage the paid social Associate Manager to ensure seamless execution of paid social campaigns
  • Partner with CMI to deeply understand consumer behavior and ground business decision in insights including consumer habits, brand health and segmentation
  • Provide clear strategic marketing direction to the agency and other key stakeholders, and support the delivery of prioritized brand goals, objectives, and KPIs.
  • Steward the integrated marketing processes with the team and cross-functional partners, from concept, launch, iteration and optimization
  • Lead strong relationships with external agency, using communication plans, briefs, message strategy and frameworks to guide differentiated storytelling and execution. Sustain existing long-term relationship directly with publishers.
  • Manage global collaboration for campaigns with regional marketing counterparts
  • Confidently present to marketing leadership, cross functional leadership and product leadership teams
  • Manage the licensee program and be the liaison between the licensee partners, the creative team, and the agency
  • Create and identify key marketing strategies that not only drive interest and capture new consumers, but sustain existing long-term relationships across Out of Home, Display, Programmatic, Paid Social
  • Manage and track campaign budgets across external agencies and internal cross functional teams

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 7+ years experience developing and driving insight-fueled marketing strategies and plans at an agency or consumer brand.
  • Experience managing creative, complex and multi-channel campaigns (including advertising, communication, content, social, events, and product education) in partnership with product marketing, creative and production teams.
  • Well-versed in the various marketing channels with a basic understanding of channel function and formats. Demonstrates an understanding of marketing and sales funnels and how different tactics and channels drive impact across the entirety of a prospect and customer journey.
  • Ability to strategically evaluate a plan and its objectives at a high level while still managing the details of execution.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Skills:   

  • Deep experience in media planning including all digital media and social channels
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborative team-player yet comfortable with independence
  • Can multi-task, prioritize, and balance time across brands, multiple partner relationships and internal initiatives on a daily basis while maintaining a profound attention to detail

Pay Range:$125,100---$169,300

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills. PVH is committed to providing a market-competitive total rewards package to eligible associates, which includes diverse and robust health and insurance benefits to meet the varied needs of our associates and an above-market 401(k) contribution to help our associates save for retirement. Additional Compensation: This role is bonus eligible.
