POSITION SUMMARY:

All brands strategy, product development and innovation are led and driven by Global Product Kitchens, Calvin Klein, and Tommy Hilfiger, products sold globally in NA, EU and APAC.  The position in this job description helps the above-mentioned PVH-related brands and APAC market meet their compliance and integrity requirements.

Manage by the Regional Supply Operation team and ensure all products meet PVH standard of quality and in compliant of region needs.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Working in conjunction with APAC Reginal Merchandising team to review and assess products (SMS) during development, giving technical & risk inputs.

  • Bridging APAC product requirements and risk assessment inputs to Technical teams & Production teams.

  • Validated, make sensible assessment and decisions on quality issues raised by the Regional Merchandising teams and Markets.  

  • Escalate to regional leadership/Regional QA/Hub Sourcing lead on any quality issues raised by market.

  • Collaborate with regional QA on CAP execution and shared progress and updates to Regional team.

  • Negotiate and follow up on acceptable compensation to market participants for closure of quality claim.

  • Insist on absolute integrity ensure APAC quality requirements are performed with cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Analyze product compliance, quality & product related issues raised by APAC market.  

  • Sharing analysis regularly and discuss with cross-functional stakeholders on improvements.

  • Presenting KPI report seasonally to APAC leaderships and production counterparts.

  • Analyze and follow up feedback with global team on PIA.

  • Make the quality complaints decision raised by APAC market

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Education & Experience:

  • Over 10 years technical or manufacturing experience

  • Degree holder in Apparel or Engineering related qualification or Technical or manufacturing experience

Skills:

  • Superior Quality Management knowledge

  • Strong team management experience

  • Strong manufacturing & with knowledge of product technical background

  • Strong knowledge of international supply chain

  • Fluency in English in read and write, and have a general awareness of regional culture and language.

  • Process Improvement – guiding QA and factories for improvement plan

  • Analyzing Information – analyze data report, PPT KPI presentation for leadership

  • Strategic Planning – according analyze reports and data to design systematic improvement plan

  • Strong negotiation skill – handle negotiation independently

  • Dealing with Complexity – clear mind set and patient to handle quality call out and QA team routine
