Position Summary:

Lead the SEATH Real Estate team in implementing the long-term strategy of retail real estate development in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Taiwan.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities Of The Job

  • Lead the Real Estate team locally in each O&O SEATH market when applicable
  • Responsible for lease negotiation in the SEATH markets, including new leases, renewals, relocation, and closure
  • Accomplish the target/budget set for the year from a real estate development standpoint
  • Regularly evaluate and review current stores’ performance and optimize and improve their lease condition when necessary
  • Prepare all real estate-related reports, proposals, and P&L analysis to submit for approval
  • Prepare and update store mapping
  • Work closely with retail, finance, construction, legal, and other teams to ensure the smooth opening of stores
  • Maintain close relationships with landlords, brokers, and other stakeholders as a bridge between external parties and the company, and be an excellent representative as the first contact of PVH Group
  • Collect market intelligence and competitors’ information and regularly update the project pool and database

Qualifications & Experience

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Decision-making: make good decisions based on data analysis and experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to visualize, articulate, and solve both complex and simple problems and concepts, and make decisions that make sense with the information available
  • Ability to drive for achieving and surpassing targets
  • Strong business acumen
  • Honesty, diligence, self-discipline

Knowledge/Skills Required

  • Microsoft Office (Especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Fluent English, additional Asian language preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong at analyzing data for decision making
