The Team
VCCT ( Value Chain And Corporate Tools ) EMEA
The Position
We are seeking a Senior Manager – Warehouse & Logistics to lead the technology and process landscape supporting our global distribution, fulfilment, and logistics operations. This role owns end-to-end warehouse and logistics capabilities across wholesale, retail, and eCom channels, ensuring that SAP eWM, SAP FMS, warehouse automation applications and all integrated platforms enable fast, accurate, and scalable product flow from supplier to customer.
You will work closely with Supply Chain, Distribution Centers, Store Operations, eCommerce, and Finance to modernize fulfillment, improve inventory accuracy, and support growth in a high-volume fashion retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
Define and own the warehouse and logistics systems strategy, aligned with business growth, omnichannel fulfillment, and international expansion.
Act as the regional process owner for distribution, inventory movement, and logistics execution.
Translate operational priorities (speed, cost, service) into a multi-year technology roadmap aligned with global strategy and PVH+ plan.
Warehouse, Logistics and Automation Ownership
Lead design, governance, and optimization
Inbound logistics (ASNs, receiving, quality inspection)
Storage, slotting, picking, packing, and shipping
Store replenishment, inter-company transfers, and wholesale fulfillment
Returns, reverse logistics, and refurbishment flows
Own the functional and integration landscape across:
SAP EWM (core warehouse execution)
KNAPP automation systems (conveyors, shuttles, sorters, goods-to-person, robotics)
SAP FMS for fashion-specific inventory, allocation, and distribution processes
Ensure real-time, reliable integration between SAP and automation systems for inventory accuracy, throughput, and service-level performance.
Delivery & Program Management
Lead major initiatives such as:
S4 Transformation
New warehouse Implementation
System upgrades and migrations
Manage internal teams and external partners (system integrators, SAP, warehouse automation) to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.
Ensure high-quality solution design, testing, cutover, and hyper care.
Stakeholder Partnership
Partner closely with: Supply Chain & Distribution leadership to optimize capacity, labor, and automation ROI.
Retail, Wholesale, and Digital teams to ensure fulfillment supports omnichannel growth.
Finance to ensure accurate inventory valuation, freight cost allocation, and compliance.
Serve as the escalation point for complex operational or system issues within the warehouse and logistics domain.
Governance & Operations
Own application governance, release management, and change control across SAP EWM, SAP FMS and integrated platforms.
Ensure system stability, performance, and compliance with audit and internal control requirements.
Define and track KPIs for inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, throughput, lead time, automation utilization, and logistics cost.

Ideal Candidate:
10+ years of experience in SAP within retail and/or wholesale fashion environments.
Proven leadership in distribution center operations and fulfillment across wholesale, retail, and eCommerce.
Strong hands-on or design-level experience with:
SAP EWM (inbound, outbound, picking-packing, wave management, slotting, MFS where applicable)
SAP FMS or similar fashion/retail ERP platforms
KNAPP automation or other high-throughput warehouse automation technologies
Track record of leading multi-site or global warehouse and logistics transformations.
SAP certifications in EWM, S/4HANA Supply Chain, or Logistics Execution.
Experience with automated high-bay warehouses, shuttle systems, goods-to-person, or robotics.
Background in large-scale DC automation, network redesign, or omnichannel fulfillment programs
Experience with SAP FMS (or similar fashion/retail ERP) and integration with SAP S/4HANA or ECC.
Demonstrated success leading global or multi-country SAP programs.
Leadership & Soft Skills
Proven people leadership: engineers, consultants, functional leads, and vendors.
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Results-driven, with the ability to operate in a fast-changing fashion retail environment.
