The Team
This role sits within Marketing Operations, which is the organisational and creative production arm of the marketing department. As a close partner to both creative and marketing teams, we work to establish the best processes, drive collaboration, bring production expertise and are accountable for delivering on time and to budget.
The team is made up of 4 pillars – Operations, Project Management, Production and PVH Studios and collectively this team we are responsible for the global creative output for the brand, from global campaigns, to brand design for our touchpoints, to PDP content.
The team plays an important role in building upon the brand’s desirability through the delivery of aspirational lifestyle content and brand design.
Role Overview
The Senior Specialist, Project Management will play a critical role in driving the timely delivery of creative and marketing projects within our internal Brand Design team, ensuring smooth collaboration across various internal teams, and maintaining a clear line of communication with key stakeholders.
This position requires a highly organised, proactive individual who can manage creative timelines, remove blockers for teams, and handle complex cross-functional coordination - as well as an excellent understanding of the design, packaging and print process.
A focus of this role will be in supporting the adaption of our content through guidelines, templates that automate the majority of our formats – and also overseeing bespoke Paid Media work done via an agency, to ensure the appropriate creative approvals are in place.
You will also manage a range of other projects that may include visual identity projects, print and packaging, CRM Templates and digital Press Kits. The brand design team work to provide the right tools and templates to scale excellent creative execution globally.
You will partner closely with the Brand Design team and your PM peers, to nurture a great culture, establish efficient ways of working and bring the team together.
Key Responsibilities
Briefs Review: you will ensure briefs are clear, comprehensive, and achievable within the time and budget available, before work begins; bringing your expert knowledge in design projects across a range of mediums/media.
Problem Solving & Support: Act as a proactive partner to the creative team, identifying potential blockers early and simplifying processes where possible.
Support in setting the standards for process, collaboration and communication with stakeholders.
Project Manage work that engages consumers through our vision of the Tommy Hilfiger lifestyle, and elevation of our product. Your role will serve the need of setting up our teams and partners for success with the appropriate guidelines, templates and tools to execute our brand across channels.
For the projects you are managing - you will
Manage kick offs and briefing of creative teams.
Establish and manage creative timelines to ensure all milestones are met and projects stay on track.
Organise and run project meetings, ensuring agendas are set and clear action points are shared afterward.
Share project status with key stakeholders, keeping them updated on progress and managing expectations on deadlines and deliverables. Clarify complex information and communicate it succintly.
Risk Management: Mitigate potential delays that could impact launch dates or other critical deadlines and seek support as required.
Resource Management: Coordinate the necessary resources required for successful project execution and ensure all deadlines are met.
Handling communication and procurement and legal work required in working with external vendors.

Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in design project management, within a design led business or fashion environment.
Extensive experience managing print and packaging projects as well as toolkits and guidelines
Strong understanding of creative processes and timelines, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proven experience working cross-functionally with design, marketing, legal, and external vendors.
Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage expectations and deliver updates to senior stakeholders.
Experience with project management tools
Ability to remain calm under pressure and effectively manage priorities.
