The Team

Within the Supply Planning area of the TH Supply department our mission is to deliver the right product at the right time in every commercial region. This team serves as the backbone of our department, collaborating closely with commercial markets and supply sourcing regions to drive regional growth forward. With an integral position in the team, the role contributes significantly to the department's operational efficiency, strategic growth, and overall success.

The Supply Planning team consists of an offshore planning team, located in offices in Turkey, the ISC region and Hong Kong, and an onshore planning team based in the Amsterdam headquarters.

The onshore supply planning team is split into two separate planning teams: one with a focus more on long-term planning, liability management, regional communication on the Full Price collections. And one with a more mid-to-short term focus on seasonal production planning, global buy execution, monthly direct sales business and never out of stock (NOS) assortments.

The Long-Term Planning team focuses on collaborating with our commercial regions on their forecasting, their commercial needs and their necessary material commitments to ensure an optimized supply plan that caters to the regional KPI’s for the Full Price collections.

They are responsible for the overall TH liability management, in collaboration with our offshore planning teams.

The Seasonal & Monthly Planning team is responsible for the production planning of the global seasonal full price collection, four times a year (Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter), as well as non-seasonal collections: the NOS assortment, which is a monthly replenishment model, and non-seasonal capsules and bestseller replenishments for our direct sales business. Based on the different regional forecasts and commercial needs they are responsible for creating a supply plan that caters to that with minimizing risks on material commitments and Early-Buys. They negotiate their plans directly with our vendors in close collaboration with the offshore planning teams. Additionally, the global buy negotiation and execution is part of the responsibilities.

The Position

As a Senior Supply Planner, a key member of the Supply Planning team, responsible for managing the end-to-end Seasonal Planning process.

From initial planning handover to final buy negotiations and confirmations meeting global KPI’s. You will work closely with other planners, offshore capacity planning teams, Business Units, merchandisers and product developers to ensure brand KPI’s are met in the most efficient way. You will collaborate with the dedicated Americas, APAC & EMEA planners to ensure the created Supply plan is meeting regional targets & needs. All these activities are vital for achieving Supply, TH Brand & overall PVH objectives, your work will be a key support to reaching our ambition to become the number one lifestyle brand in the world, stay within given budgets and will support the overall supply organization as well as TH brand & PVH success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop production plans aligned with brand KPIs, sales deadlines, requested delivery dates, and warehouse inbounding capacity.

  • Gather and analyze vendor information, including lead times, capacity constraints, MOQs (Minimum Order Quantities), upcharges, and liability targets to optimize supply strategies.

  • Assess regional forecasts and lead times, challenge delivery dates aiming to reduce fabric commitments to the minimum and proactively focusing on optimization.

  • Placing early buys/commitments when necessary to mitigate supply risks.

  • Consolidate Regional orders into a Global buy, negotiating additional production costs and delivery dates with vendors, ensuring alignment between actual vs. forecasted quantities.

  • Work in collaboration with vendors and offshore teams to confirm buys, finalize delivery timelines, and manage any additional costs.

  • Responsible for flawless data integrity/accuracy, support leads with broader analyses.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Oversee and consult on operational activities of team, carrying end-responsibility for activities performed by team.

  • Coaching and development of peers.

Note: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, those listed above. The role may require additional tasks and duties as assigned to meet the needs of the department and organization.

Measures of Success

  • Collaborate with Global Supply planners on & offshore to achieve or exceed 90%+ On Time Availability by delivering the right product at the right time in the right region.

  • Collaborate with the Regional planners and buying teams to take calculated risks to stay within the given liability budget and meet regional targets.

  • When consolidating the Regional Buys into the Global Buy, meeting the seasonal Buy KPIs including stock and buy targets.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a fast & dynamic team or organization.

  • Strong analytical mindset.

  • Organized and proactive working approach.

  • Disposition towards collaboration and alignment.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, Power Point.

  • Knowledge of: Tableau, Power BI and similar tools are a plus.

  • Fluent in English.

  • A completed HBO / University degree or equivalent.

  • Minimum of 4-5 years’ working experience in the supply planning and or analytical field.
