PVH manages a diversified portfolio of brands, including Calvin Klein Apparel and Accessories, Calvin Klein Close to Body, Tommy Hilfiger, and Nike. The Global Supply Planning team develops and executes globally integrated supply chain strategies that improve predictability, mitigate constraints, and maximize value across the supply chain. The Supply Planning Senior Analyst will partner closely with the New York Global Supply Planning team, Regional Operations teams, and factories to execute monthly core buys.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities of the Job: (Please list and describe the most important duties of the role):

  • Lead the monthly core buy collaboration process for an assigned Calvin Klein Brand Sector.
  • Consolidate regional demand into a global buy summary, highlighting key changes, delivery updates, and potential supply risks.
  • Partner with factories to align production capacity, delivery timing, and order prioritization with regional need-by dates, negotiating solutions to address constraints and protect delivery.
  • Develop supply planning analysis and insights to inform team decision-making and identify risks and opportunities.
  • Drive speed-to-market initiatives by aligning demand, capacity, and delivery plans to meet accelerated business timelines.
  • Monitor supplier plan adherence, identifying capacity constraints and delivery risks and driving appropriate follow-up.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to streamline planning processes and drive operational efficiency.
  • Own the OTD to requested need-by-date KPI and drive actions to improve performance against target.
  • Assist and support for all projects for process/ system enhancements.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in a supply chain function
  • 1-2 years of experience in apparel supply planning, production or sourcing preferably in apparel industry
  • Prior experience working with regional partners

  • Self-motivated and Team Player
  • Experience with Nexus, Blue Yonder, and PLM is preferred but not required
