The Team

The Global Consumer Brand Experience team is responsible for crafting immersive, multi-sensory environments that captivate consumers and drive brand loyalty. Through Retail Concept Design, Visual Merchandising, Windows & Showrooms and Store Experience, we elevate engagement across all channels and markets with a 360° approach.

Balancing creativity with commercial strategy, we ensure global consistency with local adaptability, shaping the physical identity and consumer experience across retail, wholesale, and pop-up environments. Together, we create compelling spaces that inspire consumers and reinforce Tommy Hilfiger as a leading lifestyle destination.


The Position

The Specialist, Global Showrooms Operations supports the end-to-end execution and operational management of Tommy Hilfiger’s global showroom spaces, ensuring efficient seasonal activations, installations, and digital integrations. This role requires expanded knowledge and experience in showroom operations, with a focus on logistics, digital tools, and process optimization.

Working under moderate guidance, the Specialist analyzes straightforward problems and applies standard procedures to ensure smooth showroom functionality. This position builds knowledge of company processes and customers, ensuring showroom spaces align with brand and business objectives while supporting cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and vendors.


Key Responsibilities

Showroom Operations & Logistics Management

  • Support the planning, execution, and breakdown of seasonal showroom installations, ensuring efficient logistics and minimal disruptions.

  • Maintain the global showroom calendar, coordinating scheduling and execution of activations.

  • Manage the procurement, logistics, and setup of showroom assets, including furniture, displays, and digital tools.

  • Ensure ongoing maintenance and readiness of showroom environments, supporting key brand activations and wholesale events.


Process Optimization & Digital Integration

  • Maintain and enhance showroom operational processes, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and scalability.

  • Support digital tool integration within showrooms, collaborating with IT and Digital Product teams.

  • Archive and update showroom materials and assets, ensuring accessibility for internal teams and regional alignment.

  • Capture seasonal showroom setups using Matterport and visualization tools, ensuring structured documentation for future reference.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing, Visual Merchandising, and Sales teams, ensuring showroom spaces align with campaign messaging and product storytelling.

  • Act as a liaison between regional showroom teams and global headquarters, ensuring alignment and effective execution of showroom strategies.

  • Support regional teams with showroom material rollouts, including toolkits and best practice sharing.


Project Coordination & Budget Management

  • Track and manage purchase orders, invoices, and showroom-related budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and financial alignment.

  • Ensure showroom projects are delivered on time and within budget, maintaining high-quality execution standards.

  • Monitor vendor performance and logistics partners, ensuring smooth execution and continuous operational improvements.

  • Smooth execution of showroom operations, ensuring efficiency and minimal disruptions.

  • On-time delivery and setup of showroom materials and activations, ensuring seamless brand representation.

  • High engagement and satisfaction from internal teams and wholesale partners, ensuring showroom spaces meet business needs.

  • Optimization of showroom processes, driving operational excellence and cost efficiency.



The Ideal Candidate

  • 3+ years of experience in showroom operations, event management, or retail logistics.

  • Strong knowledge of project management, logistics coordination, and budget tracking, ensuring efficient execution.

  • Experience working with digital showroom tools and interactive technologies, supporting digital integrations.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and digital asset management systems, ensuring structured operations.

  • Excellent organizational skills, managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, collaborating with cross-functional teams and vendors
