POSITION SUMMARY: 

As a Global Talent Development Specialist, you will craft innovative training programs, curriculums, and courseware. This includes conducting needs assessments to identify strategically aligned learning and development initiatives, crafting and developing training courseware in a variety of delivery modes (e.g., instructor-led, in-person or virtual training, self-paced training, eLearning, micro learning, etc.). The role demands solid understanding in instructional design, critical thinking abilities, and effective facilitation skills to influence senior management and engage a diverse global workforce. Developing leadership skills is our top priority at PVH. We strive to build capability in corporate, retail, and warehouse groups by emphasizing core Leadership Behaviors and strong proficiencies.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB: 

  • Design innovative curriculums, programs, or learning solutions aligned with strategic priorities, key results, leadership behaviors, and inclusion & diversity for associates of all levels (Individual Contributor through to Executive Leaders) globally.

  • Run the On Demand Offerings for all associates globally in the areas of Learning and Development.

  • Craft impactful instructional material that focuses on skill development and behavior change that will drive business impact.

  • Align learning solutions with course objectives and learner needs.

  • Facilitate discussions that identify consumer expectations and help identify the best/right solution to ensure desired outcomes.

  • Ensure the production of quality training courseware for global facilitators and participants of learning programs.

  • Collaborate with others to create prototypes, iterate, and seek feedback from product owners, team members, and partners throughout the design process.

  • Communicate effectively with clarity, credibility, and timeliness.

  • Analyze and select technologies to effectively support engaging delivery for synchronous and asynchronous learning.

  • Measure learning outcomes aligned with business impact; analyze results and communicate to key partners.

  • Embody a growth and agile mentality, and demonstrate the ability to encourage others.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience: 

  • Demonstrated ability and shown success designing and implementing world-class leadership and management development programs; expertise with adult learning theory and instructional design certification a plus.

  • Highly effective facilitation and presentation skills.

  • Highly organized with ability to implement innovative solutions.

  • Self-motivated, accountable, and confident in ability to consult, design, develop, and deliver leadership, manager, high-potential, and executive development learning programs.

  • Can effectively handle change and shift gears comfortably; highly effective in ambiguous environments and able to produce maximum results with little direction and guidance.

  • Demonstrated ability to use external and internal resources and a people network to execute quickly, effectively, and consistently in a fast-paced business environment.

  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills; proven research skills to gather data, standard processes, and points of view to ensure sound judgment.

  • Shown ability to handle multiple projects and competing priorities while balancing quality with on-time delivery.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a global environment.

  • Proven ability to establish relationships with and influence people at all levels of the organization.

  • Negotiates well in difficult situations, with a deep sensitivity to cultural and regional differences.

  • Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology and program management preferred.

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, Instructional Design education/certification ideal

Pay Range:$75,000 - $90,000

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
