The Senior Director of Wholesale Merchandising leads product strategy, assortment creation and evolution for the Wholesale business. This role is responsible for driving the regional assortment architecture across Men’s, Women’s, and Accessories by aligning regional needs with global strategies to meet market demands. The Senior Director of Wholesale Merchandising closely partners with Global Merchandising teams as well as Regional Sales and Planning teams to ensure the region is well positioned with right product mix and able to achieve or exceed financial goals. This role is also responsible for Internal product creation within Off Price to ensure Key Account product needs are met with the correct delivery while delivering financial goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the development and execution of the regional assortment architecture to ensure the right assortment across all Key Accounts
  • Partner with global Merchandising teams to provide category strategy, feedback, and regional product needs
  • Analyze market and sales trends as well as competitor and consumer insights to lead strategy on evolution of Wholesale product
  • Lead the Go to Market strategy within Wholesale partnering with cross functional teams to create comprehensive assortments at the door level with market tools that tie to financial plans and ensure products and strategies are clearly relayed to sales teams and customers
  • Responsible for forecasting and providing recommendations on Pre Booking ensuring on time deliveries
  • Lead showroom set ups with Visual Merchandising
  • Lead the internal product strategy for Off Price Collections by working closely with internal sales, design, and product development teams from range plan to market in a fast paced, financially driven environment
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing merchandising team, fostering collaboration with all parts of the business
  • Leads by example and operates effectively in the face of change and pressure
  • Provides leadership within the merchandising team by directing, focusing and motivating team members
  • Monitors development and performance of direct reports through regular meetings to discuss deadlines, expectations, performance and development
  • Continuously drives to innovate and improve our business and processes

Qualifications:

  • College degree

  • 10+ years’ experience in related merchandising/buying.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects with adherence to deadlines.  Detail oriented/innovative traits are necessary.   Must be able to find the best solutions and develop methods to improve efficiency.  Must be flexible to adapt to changing trends of business and priorities. Must be able to manage multiple Go to Market calendars. Strong influencing skills and ability to build strong cross functional relationships.

  • The Senior Director should be equipped with selling and trend information in order to make decisions on future product assortments.  Able to support decisions with sales and competitive information in order to present to and gain confidence of management in the departmental strategies. The Senior Director should have their eye on multiple channels of TH product to ensure brand image is protected in all areas of the business

Pay Range:$159,300---$215,000

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills. PVH is committed to providing a market-competitive total rewards package to eligible associates, which includes diverse and robust health and insurance benefits to meet the varied needs of our associates and an above-market 401(k) contribution to help our associates save for retirement. Additional Compensation: This role is bonus eligible. This role is equity eligible.
