The Team
The position is part of the global Data & Analytics team, which includes three key pillars:
Data Science team: Driving advanced analytics and ML solutions
Dashboarding Center of Excellence (CoE): Delivering global business intelligence portfolio and self-service enablement
Digital Delivery: Driving digital transformation, strategic initiatives, program management and global ways of working
Within this global function, you will be part of the Global Digital Delivery team. This team plays a pivotal role in the execution of the (Gen)AI strategy. In 2026, the team will make a significant push to accelerate PVH’s readiness to drive value with (Gen)AI.
The Position
The Senior Manager will play a critical role in driving the execution of PVH’s (Gen)AI strategy and ensuring delivery excellence across all program pillars. This is a pivotal role within the team, with a substantial stretch component:
First 4-5 months: Work closely with the Digital Delivery Director to accelerate the AI program, enable stakeholder engagement, and establish strong governance and delivery practices.
Subsequent 6 months: Cover for the Digital Delivery Director during maternity leave, ensuring continuity for the team and ongoing initiatives
On the AI program, key responsibilities include:
Work with the SVP and Director to drive the success of the (Gen)AI program, enabling effective collaboration between business stakeholders, technology and data teams and external partners
Track progress, surface risks, and maintain momentum on major initiatives of the AI program by ensuring clear ownership, timelines, and delivery focus
Build AI awareness and AI Literacy across the organization by organizing training and workshops together with our partners
Contribute to the creation of governance playbooks and best practices for AI ways of working
Facilitate and participate in workshops to identify and prioritize high value (Gen)AI use cases and collaborate with business stakeholders to develop business cases and to scope the use cases
Coordinate and run pilots of selected use cases using the PVH AI platform of choice, collaborating with stakeholders to evaluate impact and scalability
The Ideal Candidate
Master’s degree in business, Engineering, AI, Computer Science or related field
8+ years of relevant experience in analytics, AI delivery, strategy, or project management
Strong understanding of GenAI tools and technologies, including large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and responsible AI practices
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications for AI solutions
Experience in leading cross-functional initiatives with senior leadership involvement
Skilled in both ‘classic’ project management and agile methodologies
Understanding of analytics lifecycle (from ideation to value realization)
Strong facilitator, capable of aligning stakeholders across functions and levels
Coordinate and run pilots of selected use cases using the PVH AI platform of choice, collaborating with stakeholders to evaluate impact and scalability
Structured thinker with excellent problem-solving, prioritization, and documentation skills
Flexible, and able to perform in a highly dynamic work environment
Independent, hands-on, able to prioritize, results oriented and structured
Real team players do not take her/himself too seriously
Proficiency in English
Experience in apparel/retail industry or large global organizations is a plus
