ABOUT THE JOB:

The Sr. Manager, Career Development & Associate Experience at PVH Corp. is an outstanding opportunity to lead and innovate in a dynamic environment. In this role, you will architect global programming, processes, and practices to empower associates' career growth. By collaborating with the People Function and business leaders, you will implement solutions to enhance talent mobility, strengthen succession, and boost associate happiness. You will also determine career development pathways for office, retail, and warehouse populations, ensuring an exceptional associate experience. This role interacts with all levels of the organization and requires a proven ability to drive flawless execution.

  • Evaluate and modernize policies

  • Work closely with Total Rewards, Talent, Comms and Global Mobility.

  • This is a global role.

  • Hold focus groups to see what associates are looking for.

  • Design programming based on PVH Listens.

  • Train managers on mindset change.

  • Role will help with engagement and retention.

What You’ll Do:

  • Articulate a consistent and compelling career potential to current and future associates.

  • Evaluate and modernize policies related to associate development and mobility.

  • Conduct an audit of existing services that support associate growth across the globe and evaluate effectiveness and scalability.

  • Utilize focus groups, survey data, and other listening tools to understand what associates need and want to build careers at PVH, and construct action plans.

  • Lead implementation of skills library, in collaboration with HRIS, Talent, and Total Rewards teams.

  • Design and implement training for people managers to shift mindsets and build skills to develop their teams.

  • Design and implement training for associates to understand career path options.

  • Work closely with Total Rewards, Talent, Communications, and Global Mobility teams to increase utilization of opportunities and services that support associate career growth.

  • Create process maps for key activities, such as internal application

  • Meaningfully impact engagement and retention measures across office, retail, and warehouse populations.

  • Leverage technology to deliver career development solutions with speed and scale.

  • Improve talent movement and increase internal fill rate.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate optimally in cross-functional teams and cultivate positive relationships.

  • Outstanding skill in effectively managing complex, fast-paced, global projects within specified timelines and delivering high-quality outcomes.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and encourage collaborators at all levels of the organization.

  • Ambitious and driven approach with a proven ability to successfully implement innovative career development solutions.

  • Strong ability to compete in a dynamic market, bringing fresh ideas and creative problem-solving to the table.

  • Attention to detail and a dedication to achieving flawless execution in all initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:            

  • 5+ years managing complex, global projects

  • Proven track record of driving positive change and impact though listening to the customer/consumer and delivering solutions that meet a need

Education:  

  • College degree preferred

Pay Range:$125,000 - $150,000

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
