The Team

The PVH Southeast Hub is one of the most dynamic Hub organizations within PVH. We are responsible for developing the PVH brands (Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein) in the emerging markets such as Italy, Turkey, Greece, Middle East, Africa, and the CIS region. While covering a massive area counting 45+ countries, our hub is extremely diverse (25+ nationalities) and has strong potential. The Position

Store Development & Expansion Specialist will be part of implementing Turkey Expansion plans come true, managing all occupancy costs of TH/CK O&O/franchise stores, head office and managing all operational process of store openings for both Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein brands. This role covers also offices & stores maintenance, ensuring compliance with operational and safety standards. Responsibilities include overseeing maintenance activities, budgets, KPIs, and service coordination.

Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Support the Franchising & Expansion Director in the site selection process and negotiation for new locations in the designated regions
  • Participating in site tours to various markets to narrow down potential real estate options for final executive approval
  • Learning and penetrating new real estate markets and determining ideal location suitable for development
  • Gathering and evaluating economic, demographic and other market data to identify and prioritize key markets
  • Working with internal business partners to create business case justification (P&L)
  • Managing and maintaining broker/leasing company/landlord relationships
  • Support the Franchising & Expansion Director in negotiating LOIs and work letters for properties selected
  • Negotiating lease alongside Legal team
  • Managing deal timeliness, property standards and budget goals alongside internal partners
  • Following up all legal documents and finalization of their signings and also organizing/updating company agreement archives
  • Monthly update of Occupancy Cost/Capex budgets, working closely with finance department
  • Store Opening and Facility & Maintenance
  • Working closely with HQ/local project/development/franchisee managers, design teams and finance teams throughout the lifecycle of a real estate deal from site selection to project completion
  • Managing all third parties and collaborating with all related internal departments who needs in involve store opening process
  • Managing communication between shopping mall management and general contractors during opening process
  • Organizing all site deliveries from our internal warehouse to site according to GC’s requested dates
  • Coordinating people and processes to deliver projects on time, within budget and with the desired outcomes aligned to objectives
  • Support PVH SE Store Development dept. activities with reference to:
  • Adapting retail spaces to new product lines changes
  • Merging/reducing retail units
  • Snagging/Minor works/ Light refits implementation
  • Planning and Control Retail & Overhead CAPEX budget.
  • Carry out administrative duties related to budget controlling, invoices and payment.
  • Project management in support to local architect.
  • Assistance to suppliers selected during works.
  • Explore solutions viable to the implementation of new projects .
  • Preserve the company’s real estate assets.
  • Support Store development team in its activity by surveying location, organizing local works till snagging execution.
  • Support showrooms changes in cooperation with AMS creative Service, Showroom Manager, Facility Manager, ICT Manager.
  • Contribute in the selection of suppliers for ordinary maintenance, setting the service requirements.
  • Control Ordinary Maintenance execution and related quality.
  • Periodic site inspections to ensure the highest standard aspects and to check execution of planned and extraordinary maintenance activities
  • Organize tendering process to support Finance and Retail Operations to evaluate and select the best contractors for F&M.
  • Service Coordination & Equipment Management: Review and approve service work quotations, manage purchase orders and manage service callout reports. Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders for extraordinary maintenance tasks, including urgent interventions for critical equipment and building issues. Management and negotiation of commercial agreements with cleaning companies

The Ideal Candidate

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in a business-related major, e.g., Business Management, or related field required; advanced degree preferred
  • Experience: 4+ years of real estate/project management experience in a global organization
  • Strong ability to multi-task and juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skill
  • Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal, and team skills, with a willingness to learn from others
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Excellent command of English (both written and verbal)
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
