We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Studio & Operations Coordinator to join our Runway and Collaborations team. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the studio, supporting cross-functional projects, and maintaining accurate documentation. You’ll work closely with design, merchandising, production, and marketing teams, contributing the operational backbone that keeps everything running efficiently.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate clearly across departments including design, merchandising, product development, marketing, and other teams.
  • Maintain and update project trackers, sample logs, presentations, and product credit documentation.
  • Manage internal sample requests and coordinate handovers to marketing, PR, and visual merchandising.
  • Organise logistics for key meetings and presentations, including sample prep, packing/unpacking, and setup of presentation spaces.
  • Track and manage the movement of hired samples, ensuring timely returns.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound sample shipping.
  • Support the hosting of external partners, stylists, and collaboration guests.
  • Manage talent casting, bookings, and issue detailed call sheets.

 

The Ideal Candidate

  • 1–3 years’ experience in buisness operations, studio coordination, or administrative roles — within fashion, apparel, or retail is essential
  • Exceptionally organised, detail-oriented, and proactive with a hands-on approach.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable liaising with multiple stakeholders.
  • Confident working with spreadsheets and tracking tools; able to interpret and present data clearly.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with strong time management and the ability to re-prioritise as needed.
  • Maintains professionalism, discretion, and a high degree of confidentiality at all times.
  • Enthusiastic about learning and growing within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
