About THE ROLE

The VM Operations Coordinator works with three other sub teams within the Visual Merchandising team for region north, reporting to the VM Communications Manager, Region North and can be based in any of the countries within the region.

The main objective is to support both the teams and the VM Communications Manager, with all administrative duties; this includes some digital communication, operations, purchase order management, POS/campaign change outs and consumer messaging.

This role will also work with the central Amsterdam team to ensure true 360 alignment.

The main contribution is ensuring both the VM team and stores have the correct POS and VM tools, creating a structured delivery process across all points of sale within PVH brands. (CK and TH)

You will also partner closely with central and local marketing, wholesale, buying and merchandising teams through constantly improving and elevating consumer messaging to a deadline.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • VM admin support for VM Communications Manager and Region North field VM teams.

  • Manage seasonal campaign and in-store POS and consumer messaging rollouts for the Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein brands for Region North, in close collaboration with VM Managers, central and local teams.

  • Daily creation of POS, art-working, allocation, production and delivery for all channels/markets

  • Manage delivery coordination and carrier issues.

  • Manage & update store and graphic database.

  • Ensure StorIQ information is uploaded and checked regularly.

  • Support with VM guidelines, including creation and use of Matterport 360 filming.

  • Coordinate all photographic & reporting for central global & EMEA teams.

  • In-line with the strategy, collaborate with the regional teams in UK, Ireland, Nordics and Netherlands, for consumer messaging and continuously optimize POS toolkits and materials based on the business needs.

  • Build a strong working relationship with all internal stakeholders (Merchandising, planning, brand/marketing, sales, operations and Omni-channel teams) to deliver and meet VM expectations and strategy.

  • Manage relationships and performance with new and existing POS suppliers to ensure high-quality and cost effectiveness.

  • Model store support when required.

  • Daily team support.

  • Coupa invoicing & PO creation.

About YOU

  • 2 years of experience minimum, with at least 1 year in organizational (or similar role)

  • Experience in art-working and POS production.

  • Strong planning, organizational, ability to multitask and work under pressure.

  • Excellent communication skills, command English language (written & spoken).

  • Strong fashion affinity and knowledge along with relevant awareness of the retail world.

  • Ability to manage and multi-task between projects and work streams.

  • Ability to be self-reliant.

  • Good knowledge of MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Experience in VM/Creative role

  • Retail and Wholesale experience in the field
