VP Full Price Stores
As a Vice President (VP) of the Full Price Channel for CK EMEA, this role owns the strategic direction, commercial performance and long term value creation of PVHs full price retail stores. This includes own and operated retail stores as well as concession models, both being actively managed by our market HUBs.
Operating in PVH’s regional matrix structure, this role is the custodian of the CK brand within the full price channel, partnering with our market HUBs retail leads (VPs Retail sitting in our market HUBs) to align and influence execution at a local level. Whilst defining strategic guardrails for the channel, this role creates capability plans to allow achievement of targets, as well as sustainable profitable growth and expansion.
Your consumer obsession, retail excellence and commercial mindset will make the difference in positioning our full price channel as the best-in-class expression of our CK brand within the marketplace.
You will report into our EVP CK Brand for EMEA and you will partner with cross-functional peers (Merchandising, Buying, Planning, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Strategy & Operations). You will be part of relevant executive top level business meetings with our MDs, EMEA CEO and Executive Team and global stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities
STRATEGY & PLANNING
Develop and implement a comprehensive channel and stores strategy aligned with the global and regional brand strategy and regional commercial targets.
Collaborate with the cross-functional peers such as Merchandising, Buying, Planning, VM, Marketing, E-comm, to influence the creation of compelling assortment, to:
Drive top line and bottom line performance by setting regional commercial and profitability targets, managing the EMEA P&L discipline and ensuring strong ROI in all retails investments.
Collaborate with Store Development and Expansion HQ teams as well as with the market hubs to optimize the store network and consult on brand vs location strategy. Provide oversight on store openings, store relocations, store closures and remodels, concession partners.
TACTICAL EXECUTION & PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
Monitor and analyze channel and store /concession partners KPIs to assess the performance of our store operations and make data-driven recommendations.
Monitor and react to the competitive landscape, utilizing data analytics and market research to identify new opportunities (on footprint and in-store).
Steer disciplined pricing , mark down strategy.
Integrate, align and communicate the monthly, quarterly and yearly commercial calendar , to ensure clear and consistent execution roadmap for all the market hubs.
Collaborate with the market HUBs Retail VPs to ensure end to end execution of the channel strategy and achievement of the expected performance.
CAPABILITY DEVELOPMENT, TALENT ENABLEMENT AND CULTURE
Collaborate with Commercial Operations and Human Resources HQ departments to develop and iterate fit to purpose standard operating procedures (at store level), incentive systems, capability programs and talent initiatives as well as to support change management and adoption of key retail and in store technology enhancements.
Partner with the market HUBs in the effort to coach for excellent execution and capture all sales opportunities, while also supporting individual talents grow and get the needed exposure at enterprise level.
Collaborate with Full Price Store brand counterpart (TH) to leverage cross brand learnings and good practices.
Role model leadership matrix collaboration and behaviors.
The Ideal Candidate
Minimum 10 years of retail operations experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing full price stores, ideally within the fashion or luxury sector.
Proven track record of developing and executing store strategies that drive commercial success and align with brand vision and regional targets.
Strong analytical skills with experience using data analytics and market insights to optimize store performance, identify growth opportunities, and improve KPIs.
Retail excellence mindset with a focus on consumer experience and brand consistency.
Excellent leadership , influencing and communication skills, with experience in working in a complex matrix environment.
Experience in working with cross-functional teams and senior executives.
