Wholesale Operation Intern

The Team

The PVH Southeast Hub is responsible for driving the growth and development of Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein across emerging markets, including Italy, Turkey, Greece, the Middle East, Africa, and the CIS region. The Hub operates in a diverse and dynamic environment, fostering collaboration across multiple countries and cultures, while focusing on strengthening market positioning and building strong partnerships across teams and stakeholders.

The Position

As a Wholesale Operations Intern, you will support the team with daily customer, order, and operational activities.

You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in wholesale operations, customer service, order management, and logistics, while working closely with different teams.

Responsibilities:

• Support the team with daily customer and sales requests.
• Assist with order entry and order follow-up in SAP.
• Help maintain and update customer information and records.
• Support order and shipment tracking and follow up on open issues with the relevant teams.
• Assist with weekly reports and data updates.
• Support daily operational activities related to orders, deliveries, and returns.
• Work closely with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Credit teams.
• Support the team with other daily operational and administrative tasks related to Wholesale Operations.

Requirements:

• University student or recent graduate
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Good command of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Fluent in English
• Basic knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Interested in Wholesale Operations and Supply Chain processes.
• Willingness to learn, take responsibility, and work collaboratively with different teams.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to gain experience in an international environment.
