Program Details
This paid internship will be 4-6 weeks starting from early-mid December 2024 and ending in mid-end January 2025.
Eligibility: Current students in tertiary education and recent graduates with a passion for fashion and a desire to learn about brand management. To ensure the program experience, you must be able to commit to full-time attendance (5 days per week) during the program period (specific timeline to be confirmed with the respective manager)

Position Summary: As a Winter Intern at PVH, you will immerse yourself in real business projects under the guidance of experienced managers, build industry connections and get upskilled to prepare for your future career.
The 2024 Winter Internship openings are in various business areas. Based on your interest and team evaluation, you will be assigned to one of the following functions:
Buying (Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger)
E-Commerce
Wholesale
Human Resources (Talent Acquisition, Associate Engagement, Inclusion & Diversity)
Quality Assurance
What’s Involved In The Job:
COMMERCIAL
Support buying and wholesale teams on sample management, sales & inventory data and reporting
Collaborate with e-commerce team on product photography & copyrighting, product logistics and customer service
Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth
HR
Support Talent Acquisition on recruitment and selection process and talent mapping projects.
Support the planning and execution of internal events and initiatives that foster employee engagement and a positive workplace culture.
Build an Inclusion & Diversity portal and populate content across the business
SUPPLY CHAIN
Learn to analyze quality performance on Footwear & Accessories and identify quality issues
Support on maintaining quality records and documentation for product compliance
Assist to develop Footwear & Accessories failure library

Qualifications & Requirements
University student from any discipline (Fresh graduates are welcome)
A passion in our brands and industry!
Able to commit to full-time attendance (5 days per week) during the program period
Proficient in English
A team player, self-motivated, passionate and with excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to manage complexity and ad-hoc tasks
