As GTM Coordinator, you will provide essential support in the delivery and execution of go-to-market (GTM) plans for Tommy Hilfiger campaigns across the EMEA region. Reporting into the Senior Manager GTM, you will work closely with the Senior Specialist GTM to help coordinate timelines, campaign assets, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution across channels, teams, and markets.

This role is well-suited to someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow their skills in campaign coordination within a fast-paced, collaborative, and matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Support the GTM team across seasonal campaign launches by maintaining and updating GTM calendars, meeting notes, and action trackers to support campaign rollout.
  • Cross-functional Support: Work closely with the Senior Specialist to liaise with regional hubs, global marketing, product, media, and retail teams.
  • Toolkit & Asset Support: Help prepare and distribute campaign toolkits, guidelines, and assets for channel teams and local markets.
  • Sample Coordination: Support the wider EMEA marketing team in ordering and processing samples for regional and local projects.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Assist in preparing communications, meeting materials, and follow-ups to ensure clarity and alignment between central and local teams.
  • GTM Process Support: Contribute to updating team documentation and improving ways of working to help increase efficiency across the GTM team.

Measure of Success:

  • On-time and accurate coordination of campaign timelines and deliverables.
  • Positive feedback from GTM Senior Specialist, hubs, and cross-functional partners on reliability and collaboration.
  • Clear and well-maintained GTM documentation, trackers, and calendars.
  • Growth in campaign knowledge and ability to take on more responsibility over time.

Background & Experience:

  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing coordination, project support, or a similar role (internships also considered).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (e.g., eCom, social, CRM, media) is a plus.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional, or international environment preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Asana).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
