The Team

The mission of the CRM Campaign Team aims to build and nurture strong customer relationships by enhancing personalized member experiences. This team plays a crucial role within the Commercial Operations organization by focusing on customer data, engagement, and loyalty initiatives, ensuring that the DTC channels effectively engage and retain customers to drive brand growth and success.

The Position

You are a key player in the CRM Campaign team working on a variety of campaign projects reporting into the CRM Manager. You will be responsible for executing these campaigns from start to finish, connecting all the different parties involved. Most projects will have technical, creative and data related elements with the focus of increasing consumer retention and engagement. There is expectation for you to be skillful in all areas particular with the use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This role will enable you to work across other teams and collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute CRM Campaign Projects
    Lead CRM campaign execution from start to finish — from drafting campaign briefs and coordinating creative kick-off meetings to managing translations, building emails in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and ensuring flawless delivery. Monitor performance metrics and deliver insightful reports to key stakeholders.

  • Support CRM Initiatives
    Drive strategic CRM programs focused on consumer acquisition, retention, and loyalty. Collaborate cross-functionally to maximize engagement and sales impact.

  • Drive Newsletter Success
    Elevate the performance of scheduled newsletters by generating test ideas, analyzing outcomes, and implementing data-driven recommendations in line with the Test & Learn roadmap.

  • Process Improvement
    Represent the CRM function in the continuous optimization of project management workflows. Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and collaboration across teams.

  • Manage Business Partner Relationships
    Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, providing timely updates and fostering effective collaboration to ensure business alignment and smooth project execution.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Demonstrates hands-on experience executing CRM campaigns, particularly within the email channel.
  • Brings an enthusiastic, flexible, and proactive mindset, thriving in dynamic and collaborative environments.
  • Shows strong analytical skills and a passion for interpreting email campaign performance data to drive optimization.
  • Possesses a good understanding of HTML and CSS to support email development and troubleshooting.
  • Has solid project management abilities, with experience using tools such as Asana, Jira, or similar platforms being a plus.
  • Is passionate about marketing automation and constantly seeks innovative ways to enhance customer engagement.
  • Communicates in a results-oriented, data-driven, and structured manner.
  • Excels at organization, with the capacity to manage multiple complex priorities and deliver projects on time.

Education, Experience & Qualifications

  • University degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Econometrics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, email marketing, or analytics.
  • 1–2 years of experience working in an international, direct-to-consumer environment.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar email/journey-building platforms.
  • Knowledge of CRM principles, database management, and campaign management.
  • Preferably, experience with AMP script and familiarity with key email metrics and performance analysis.
