Specialist Visual Merchandising CK EMEA The Team The EMEA Calvin Klein Visual Merchandising team is responsible for producing and delivering comprehensive visual guidelines, tools and Training to support the brand's vision and presence across the EMEA region. The VM team will ensure to drive brand elevation, consistency and commercial viability across various retail channels, including Full Price stores, Concessions, Outlets, and Wholesale accounts. Collaborating closely with key stakeholders to maintain a cohesive brand image that resonates with consumers while optimizing sales performance across the different retail channels The team plays a key role in the production and implementation of global creative concepts and campaigns, adapting them to meet regional needs while staying true to Calvin Klein’s brand identity. Collaborating closely with global teams to ensure that creative initiatives align with the latest brand strategies and regional demands. In addition, they oversee the design and development of regional showrooms, creating immersive, impactful spaces that showcase the brand’s latest collections and provide a blueprint for retail partners. Through their strategic approach, the EMEA Visual Merchandising team ensures that the Calvin Klein brand is consistently presented in a visually compelling and elevated way across all touchpoints, driving both brand value and commercial success in the region The Position As a key contributor within the Calvin Klein EMEA Visual Merchandising (VM) team, the Specialist Visual Merchandising plays a vital role in delivering best-in-class visual experiences across our EMEA store portfolio. This position is instrumental in championing the Calvin Klein brand identity through the implementation of compelling, on-brand visual merchandising strategies and seasonal guidelines that elevate the in-store journey and captivate our consumers. Working in close partnership with the EMEA Visual Merchandising Managers for Full Price and Outlet, as well as Hub VM teams, the Specialist ensures consistent brand representation and impactful, commercially driven product storytelling that supports both the aesthetic integrity of the brand and key business objectives—including driving consumer engagement and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: • Execute Brand-Driven VM Strategies: Support the development and execution of visual merchandising strategies in line with Calvin Klein’s brand image and EMEA store tiering framework, ensuring an inspiring, consumer-centric, and commercially effective in-store journey. • VM Guidelines: Contribute to the creation and rollout of seasonal visual merchandising guidelines, collaborating closely with the Manager VM Full Price and Outlet and Buying to ensure alignment with product storytelling, key product statements, and the outlet trade calendar. • Mock Store & Trade Activations: Utilize the Mockstore environment to develop impactful visual and trade actions that highlight key product strategies and unlock commercial opportunities. • Content Creation & VM Assets: Assist in the planning and execution of mannequin and product photo shoots to produce high-quality content for seasonal guidelines, kick-off meetings, and training materials. • VM Principles: Uphold and support the Calvin Klein VM principles, ensuring consistent application across tiers to elevate and premiumize the outlet store portfolio. • Store Audits & Country Visits: Collaborate with the Manager of VM Full Price and Outlet EMEA, during market visits to audit VM compliance, ensure brand consistency, and identify opportunities for improvement across Full Price and Outlet locations. • New Store Openings & Remodels: Actively participate in store openings and remodel projects, ensuring VM standards are implemented effectively from day one. • Store Concept Alignment: Work in partnership with the Store Concept team to align fixture needs, option counts, and capacity planning based on evolving merchandising strategies. • Best Practice Sharing: Deliver high-quality visual documentation and photo recaps to share with Hub VM teams, promoting best practices, consistency, and inspiration across the region. • VM Training & Development: Support the implementation of VM training initiatives by collaborating with the EMEA VM teams and contributing to the elevation of Full Price and Outlet stores as centers of excellence. • Showroom Setups: Contribute to the execution of showroom setups in collaboration with the Showroom VM Manager • Stakeholder Collaboration: Foster strong, collaborative working relationships with VM EMEA and Hub teams to drive alignment and operational excellence. • Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner with key departments—including Creative Concept, Stores, Buying, Marketing, Store Concept, and Hub teams—to deliver cohesive, 360° creative and commercial visual merchandising solutions. • Culture of Excellence: Uphold a team culture rooted in collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the VM function and broader hub teams.
