About the role:

The Financial Operations and Controlling team manages and oversees Consolidation and Accounting, Financial Controlling, and Statutory Compliance & Tax activity. The team is responsible for the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of financial accounts, ensuring the effectiveness of accounting operations. With an integral position in the team, the role contributes significantly to the region's strategic growth and overall success.

The Manager Financial Controller is responsible for managing the consolidated financial reporting process across the EMEA region. This role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant group-level reporting under US GAAP, supporting month-end close, audit readiness, and SOX control adherence. Working closely with the Shared Services Centre, Brand Finance, FP&A, and US corporate controlling teams, this role plays a critical part in driving consolidation accuracy, supporting disclosure requirements, and maintaining robust financial governance across the business.

What you'll do:

The suitable candidate is responsible for a broad range of accounting, consolidation & reporting activities, including:

Group consolidation: Assist the Senior Manager in leading the monthly and quarterly financial consolidation process across legal entities under US GAAP, ensuring consistency and accuracy in a range of actuals activities (ie, revenue, margin, Opex, FX, bad debt, capex).

· Reporting: Produce timely and accurate financial statements to support global external and internal reporting.

· Ensure accurate financial reporting around sales and payroll provisions, including complying with Audit and SOX requirements

· Ensure balance sheet integrity across entities and assist with various projects related to balance sheet integrity

· Lead the consolidation of financial data across EMEA subsidiaries, ensuring accurate elimination entries, proper accounting for investments, and alignment of AOCI balances. Manage the equity roll-up process, ensuring the consolidated financial statements accurately reflect the group’s financial position following US GAAP.

· Maintain the integrity of consolidation systems (e.g., SAC), focusing on mappings, uploads, and data validation.

· Support audit requests related to group consolidation and maintain SOX control documentation

· Oversee application of technical accounting standards for hyperinflation adjustments, hedge accounting, and other specialized areas in compliance with US GAAP standards.

· Cross-functional coordination: Work alongside the Shared Services Centre, Brand Finance, FP&A, and US corporate controlling teams to ensure consolidated outputs reflect accurate actuals and are aligned with FP&A submissions

· Identify opportunities to streamline consolidation processes, improve data accuracy, and enforce policy adherence across consolidation tasks.

· Leadership: Leading, mentoring, and supporting the team, contributing to best practices, knowledge building, collaboration, and professional growth. Supervise, challenge, train, and provide guidance to the financial analysts

· Review of consolidated disclosure information for quarterly and annual filings to the NYSE and provide feedback to the preparers. Provide timely assistance to PVH Corp for any questions

· Provide technical accounting guidance to countries' financial departments in Europe, including enhancing existing accounting guidance based on requests or identified needs

· Assist in ad hoc requests and projects

What you'll bring:

· Minimum of 8+ years of relevant financial accounting and reporting experience. Experience within retail, supply chain, and/or fashion industry preferred

· Accountancy qualification required (US CPA preferred)

· Strong knowledge of US GAAP

· Consultancy experience as an accountant is a plus

· Skilled in BI, strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, SAC, BW, BPC, HANA, Tableau)

· Proactive, organized self-starter able to drive projects to completion and flexible & deadline-oriented

· Strong team player. Fitting in our casual company culture

· People management and influencing skills, as well as being able to make an impact in a Matrix organization with stakeholder management skills at all levels

· Ability to solve complex problems and deal with a wide range of issues.

· Able to clearly articulate finance topics in plain language to various stakeholders. Able to form trusted relationships with (Sr.) Stakeholders

· Proactive, organized self-starter able to drive projects to completion. Flexible & Deadline-oriented
