The Team
Fitting within the wider Global Brand Marketing team (GBM), PVH STUDIOS (PVHS) produces over 175,000 image assets each year for Tommy Hilfiger, primarily for the brands’ global Ecommerce websites. From its new state-of-the-art 23,500 sq. ft. facility in Amsterdam, PVHS strives to blend operational excellence with creative elevation to ensure best-in-class digital fashion consumer experiences, every day. With 9 fully-equipped Ecommerce bays running on the latest tech, 2 Editorial Studios with drive-in capacity, a Still Life Studio, Equipment Room, Sample Management area, cafe with full menu, kitchen, offices, meeting rooms and chill-out spaces - it is truly one-of-a-kind.
The Position
The Senior Specialist, Regional PDP, North America, is responsible for consolidating and managing content needs specific to regional .com sites. Based in the studio in Amsterdam, this role is key to balancing regional requests with scalable studio processes, ensuring the smooth delivery of regional content across various platforms.
The Responsibilities: Including, but not limited to:
Serve as the go-to expert for regional Product Display Page (PDP) requirements within the studio.
Act as the primary point of contact for Regional Commercial Owners and studio team, addressing all queries, concerns, and feedback related to PDP needs.
Ensure regional contacts follow key dates within the Global PDP Studio processes and timelines.
Work closely with regional contacts and studio operations team to ensure 100% regional sample availability and sample accuracy.
Collaborate with the wider studio team to translate regional studio needs into scalable processes that align with Global Studio operations.
Work Hand in Hand with Asset Delivery team ensure all assets are delivered on time via the Global Digital Asset Management (DAM) system and regional O&O websites.
Develop and maintain a seasonal reporting cycle to update regional contacts on PDP status.
Organize and lead regular MBRs and feedback sessions with regional teams, reporting back to Studio Leadership on process improvements.
Align with other Regional Account Managers regularly to exchange best practices.
Ensure the timely resolution of all region-specific tickets within studio ticketing system.
Proactively anticipate and address region-specific issues to prevent potential disruptions.
The Ideal Candidate
At least 5 x years’ experience within high-volume E-Commerce fashion workflows.
Sound knowledge of wider end to end e-commerce photography process for best collaboration between studio teams.
Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever changing environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
Highly experienced with Excel to manage and leverage data.
Strong supplier and stakeholder management skills.
Experience driving automation and standardizing workflows within elevated creative standards.
