The Team
Within the Calvin Klein Marketing department, our role is to adapt the Global Marketing strategy to the EMEA context. We enhance consumer engagement in O&O stores, drive awareness and sales across wholesale and pure players, build brand desirability, and accelerate Calvin Klein’s integrated media ambitions, ensuring alignment with PVH’s overarching goals and objectives. This team is a key pillar of our department, collaborating closely with Hubs, eCommerce, Global Marketing, and Buying to drive EMEA marketing strategy, digital sales, brand alignment, and product messaging forward. With an integral position in the team, the role contributes significantly to the department's operational efficiency, strategic growth, and overall success.
The Position
As a Senior Specialist, Retail Marketing, you will be responsible for supporting and executing retail marketing strategies for Calvin Klein's Full Price, Outlet, and Franchisee stores across the EMEA region. Your role will involve ensuring cohesive and impactful marketing campaigns that drive traffic, sales, and customer loyalty in all retail environments. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling in-store and regional marketing activations.
Key Responsibilities:
Retail Marketing Strategy & Execution
Develop, in partnership with Global, regional retail activations for Full Price and Outlet stores, in alignment with seasonal plans and local market needs.
Collaborate within CKE Marketing, and with Visual Merchandising & Windows, and Retail teams to deliver regional marketing initiatives.
Partner with Visual Merchandising & Windows team on a regular basis to stay connected on campaign executions in stores and ensure any marketing activations are in sync.
Provide guidelines from Global to ensure consistency in store openings, promotional events, and seasonal campaigns with clear timelines, activation guidelines, and measurement frameworks.
Outlet Support
Manage annual outlet activation calendar and alignment with full price and overall campaign alignment
Partner closely with landlords in annual priorities, growth opportunities, and key landlord consumer moments to drive capture rate and sales
Support with store openings and activations
Store and Franchisee Support
Provide retail marketing support to Franchisee partners, ensuring alignment with Calvin Klein's retail strategy while adapting to local market requirements.
Adapt and distribute marketing toolkits for Franchisees to drive consistency and operational excellence in store marketing.
Performance Tracking & Analysis
Conduct retail activation analyses to assess ROI and identify areas of opportunity for future activations
Continuously provide insights to improve in-store marketing effectiveness and deliver a superior customer experience.
Continually review competition best practices and innovations

The Ideal Candidate
4–6 years of experience in retail marketing, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or consumer goods industries.
Proven track record in executing retail campaigns across multiple store formats (Full Price, Outlet, Franchisee).
Strong knowledge of in-store marketing strategies, campaign execution, traffic-driving initiatives
Excellent project management skills with an ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with Franchisees or understanding of franchise operations and the nuances of working with third-party partners.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess and interpret sales data, customer insights, and performance metrics.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of retail management systems or tools is a plus.
Fluent in English; additional EMEA languages are a plus.
