The Team

Fitting within the wider Global Brand Marketing team (GBM), PVH STUDIOS (PVHS) produces over 175,000 image assets each year for Tommy Hilfiger, primarily for the brands’ global Ecommerce websites.  From its new state-of-the-art 23,500 sq. ft. facility in Amsterdam, PVHS strives to blend operational excellence with creative elevation to ensure best-in-class digital fashion consumer experiences, every day. With 9 fully-equipped Ecommerce bays running on the latest tech, 2 Editorial Studios with drive-in capacity, a Still Life Studio, Equipment Room, Sample Management area, cafe with full menu, kitchen, offices, meeting rooms and chill-out spaces - it is truly one-of-a-kind.

The Position

As a member of the studio leadership team, the Asset Delivery Manager autonomously leads the Asset Delivery Department (currently 1x FTE, and 2 external vendors – retouch vendor and photo management system). Reporting into the Director, Photo Studio Operations, the role manages these suppliers to ensure all seasons and projects launch optimally and consistently to quality standards. It requires ownership of key studio systems and fixing problems programmatically as they occur.

Key Responsibilities

Included, but not limited to:

  • Manage ALL E-Commerce assets through internal and external systems to meet tight deadlines.
  • Onboard and Develop new workflows for digital business priorities relating to E-com PDP and other digital platforms.
  • Manage Asset Delivery Team  (1 x FTE, and 2 External Vendors) and set priorities to help drive business needs.
  • Manage Retouching and Image Delivery suppliers to PVH standards and cultures to drive a solution-orientated approach.
  • Develop and Maintain Retouching Guidelines to ensure clear quality bars for vendors and stakeholders.
  • Anticipate and ‘Problem-Solve’ with suppliers all issues and E-Commerce publication defects.
  • Escalation point for repeated image discrepancies and perceived error by driving awareness to team.
  • Run all Monthly Post-Production reporting and metrics for leadership and stakeholder review.
  • Work with Creative Team to help realize Retouching vision and balance process adherence with aesthetic output.
  • Negotiate costs with systems and retouching vendors to guarantee a cost effective, scalable processes.
  • Be internal ‘Product-Owner’ and SME for both PVH Studios Photography Management System, Retouching workflows and DAM systems.
  • Suggest, plan and manage system developments with suppliers alongside budgets and changing business requirements at any given moment.
  • Stay up to date on industry standards, review system suitability and drive continuous improvement.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • At least 5 x years’ experience within high-volume E-Com fashion workflows.
  • Experience in Photography & Video Post-Production Processes and Workflows.
  • Knowledge in Asset Delivery and DAM tools.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel
  • Strong supplier and stakeholder management skills.
  • University Degree in Business or Communications.
  • Proficient PC user with wider knowledge of MS Office suite.
  • Fluent in English in both written and oral.
