EMEA NOS Demand Planner
The Team
Within the Omni Planning & Allocation team, our mission is to drive commercial trade, financial planning, demand forecasting, and allocation & replenishment of inventory across all channels and categories, whilst setting strategic guardrails on product promotions and markdown decisions to maximize margin and profitability. This position's team serves as the backbone of our department, collaborating closely with Buying/Merchandising, DTC Channel teams (eCom, FP, Outlet), Hubs, and Finance to ensure that all inventory and product decisions are aligned with company-wide planning and allocation decisions. With an integral position in the team, the role contributes significantly to the department's operational efficiency, strategic growth, and overall success.
The Position
As EMEA NOS Demand Planner, you will be crucial to the Omni Planning and Allocation team. You will be responsible for planning the demand of NOS product categories collaborating closely with DTC channels, Hubs/Wholesale Key Account Planning teams, EMEA merchandise planning, Supply planning and Merchandising to support sales, margin, and inventory goals of the NOS business. This role is vital for achieving the Omni Planning and Allocation objectives and your work will be key to the commercial success of the CK brand.
Key Responsibilities:
NOS Demand planning: create an option level demand plan for NOS product categories, in partnership with Merchandising, DTC and Wholesale planning, and EMEA merchandise planning, to enable the commercial growth and inventory efficiency of the NOS business.
Integrated Demand Planning (IDP): Input into IDP process with NOS Product Category demand plans and growth strategies that will deliver on Sales & Margin targets. Partner closely with DTC channels and Hubs/Wholesale Key Account Planning teams to ensure product demand plans reconcile against channel demand.
Assortment productivity and lifecycle management: Collaborate with DTC Buying, Merchandising and Wholesale Account teams to assess the NOS assortment (support phase in/phase out decisions), assess productivity of the line, segmentation, and customer needs across channels.
Sell out / sell-in performance: Track sell out performance and review sell-in performance across DTC and wholesale channels, incorporate insights into the demand plans to drive an effective NOS pull model.
Supply optimization: collaborate with supply planning and contribute to NOS inventory efficiency by providing accurate demand planning forecast and assortment productivity insights
Delivery optimization: collaborate with operations to contribute to NOS delivery performance and fast replenishment to DTC and Hubs.
NOS stakeholder management: ensure sharp communication to and engagement of key stakeholders on the NOS business across sell out, sell-in, demand plan drivers, assortment changes, assortment productivity and NOS inventory.
Cross-functional leadership: contribute to driving alignment across teams by building strong relationships, earning trust, and influencing stakeholders across all levels.
Problem Solving and Decision Support: contribute to the resolution of cross-functional challenges by gathering input, synthesizing diverse perspectives, and contributing toward effective solutions.
Continuous improvement: contribute to implementing and exploiting new systems and processes to continually increase team efficiency.

Measures of Success
Demand planning: Sales plans across channels in line with targets, net margin %
Forecast accuracy: Demand planning accuracy
Inventory efficiency: NOS inventory, sales to inventory ratio, obsolescence %
Requirements
2+ years of experience in wholesale planning or demand planning within a fashion, retail, or consumer goods environment.
Strong expertise in demand and wholesale planning with a sound understanding in demand driven merchandise financials.
Strong commercial and results-driven mindset, with the ability to understand short-term sales needs with long-term strategic planning.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making, leveraging insights to optimize buying strategies.
Strong stakeholder management skills, collaborating effectively with Finance, Merchandising, DTC Merch Planning & Buying, Hub Wholesale teams, Marketing, Planning Operations, Global Counterparts and Supply Chain teams
Problem solving: advanced understanding of how to solve complex problems and critically assess the solutions required
Highly adaptable and proactive, thriving in a fast-paced, evolving retail environment.
Fluency in English
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics or retail preferred
