POSITION SUMMARY:

PROGRAM MANAGEMENT:

The Director of Program Management is responsible for taking the products, resources, tools, processes, and services created in the Global Talent COE and ensuring they establish broad awareness, engagement, adoption and measurement of implementation in the regions.

The Director of Program Management, in coordination with regional Talent partners coordinates and drives the regional planning, cascading, execution and implementation of all global Talent products, processes and services. This individual is responsible for ensuring a consistent understanding and adoption of PVH’s Global Talent Philosophy, Strategy and major programs.

TALENT PRODUCT CALENDAR MANAGEMENT:

This role is responsible for meeting with the heads of Global Talent COE to obtain dates of major programs, initiatives, processes and products and compile them into one central calendar of activities, off of which this role’s priorities and project timeline will be established.

MEASUREMENT:

We measure program implementation in three distinct phases of awareness, engagement and adoption with various levers to pull in each phase. This role is responsible for identifying the levers for each major program/process/service, defining KPIs for each phase, and then measuring and reporting on them to key stakeholders in the HR HQs in the center and regions.

CUSTOMER-CENTRIC:

They will act as liaison between their central COE team and those in the regions. They will ensure feedback is obtained, considered, and implemented as needed so the center understands the needs and opportunities of our customer, the associates in the regions and corporate. They will bring the feedback to the Talent COE to keep a customer-centric approach to all the work we do.

BUDGET MANAGEMENT:

This role is responsible for managing the budget of the Talent COE, including providing monthly recaps on P&L to their leadership.

TALENT AMBASSADOR

They work closely with those responsible for TM, TD, PVH Studio/Manager Studio learning technologies, learner experience, learning analytics, enterprise systems training, insights, organizational effectiveness, as well as counterparts leading these areas of Talent in other regions. They are the voice of the Global COE to the regions.

STRENGTHS:

This individual will demonstrate strengths in the areas of: drafting communication, facilitation and presentation; stakeholder management, relationship building and maintenance; project management, follow-through, and budget management. The role requires strong communication skills, both written and spoken, with a focus on simplicity and being concise. Great Presentation Skills. Loves managing to detail. Someone who can tell a story, encapsulate themes and produce compelling headlines. This individual will have working knowledge as a Talent practitioner, with experience in one or more areas of Talent Management, Talent Development, Data and Insights, Facilitation and Organizational Effectiveness.

This role will have no direct reports and will require strong influencing skills to allow for leadership without authority sometimes to partners who are more senior.

The ideal candidate takes an enterprise-wide mindset to their work to develop strategy and execution plans for our functions key processes, products and services. They mobilize resources to drive results and partner with key stakeholders at all levels within various regions, brands, functions and business areas. They structure solutions that build engagement and enhance the end user experience, increase engagement, improve manager effectiveness and associate experience and drive utilization.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in training program design, development, and implementation, inclusive of in-person, virtual, digital, video-based, micro, and simulation-based learning; experience in leadership development preferred

  • 8+ years of experience in talent solution development

  • 8+ years of experience in working with transformation initiatives, the future of work, upskilling / deep-skilling, etc.

  • Advanced knowledge of talent development strategy and methodology

  • Leading teams, including other people managers, professional associates, and cross-functional partners

  • Developing and maintaining internal/external relationships

  • Project management and leadership

  • Experience with marketing and communication tactics and measurement

  • Data analysis, reporting, and summarizing data for key stakeholders; experience with PowerBI preferred

  • Experience in consulting or advising a plus

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred

Pay Range:$140,000 - $185,000

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
