You will form part of the Calvin Klein North America wholesale field leadership team, with accountability for delivering a brand first, profitable business territory, during a time of transformation and growth.

As the District Manager you will be the market authority and brand ambassador, responsible for driving the business strategy across all business pillars (brand, commercial, operational, and visual experience).

To be successful in this role, you will be a consumer centric leader who thrives in delivering consecutive in-season growth sale plans and can play an integral role with cross functional HQ teams, to influence and craft future business plans and strategies.

You will be responsible for the account relationship with multiple DTB strategic partnerships, and be a strong influencer and communicator, to ensure the best in-class in-store positioning, selling space, people and marketing investments are negotiated.

You will also enjoy driving a customer focused store experience and be a strong people leader and talent builder, training and developing a team of associates to deliver an impactful business.

The ideal candidate will be based in Florida.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure your territory goals and sales plans are aligned to our strategic partners’ business plans, to increase impact and meet budgeted revenue targets
  • Build, protect, and evolve the relationship with our strategic partners leadership team, ensuring brand experience and aesthetic is embedded, understood, and delivered consistency across the fleet of stores
  • Develop merchandising strategies and plans to ensure as a brand we show up in the best location in the store, and can enhance our square footage profitability, to maintain and grow revenue
  • Work in close partnership with cross functional teams (Visual Experience, Marketing, Buying, Account Management) to ensure business initiatives, visual guidelines, selling skills and product knowledge is understood, deployed, and embedded
  • Lead with a visual and commercial approach, to ensure visual guidelines can be interpreted and implemented to brand standards in store
  • Ensure your team is equipped to be successful through training, communication of programs and company sales tools

Qualifications:

  • Extensive prior experience handling stores/doors in apparel DTB account management business models
  • Prior experience leading in a brand-led environment, who can protect and represent the brand aesthetic/personality whilst delivering the commercial sales plan
  • Shown ability to work in a highly matrixed organization and influence internal and external business partners
  • Phenomenal people manager, across a geographically dispersed team
  • Has a positive demeanor and thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills. Highly comfortable with using data to drive decisions and tell a story
  • Strong eye for business, with a drive for results
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and influencing skills
  • A people leader, who excels at coaching and development
  • Passionate about apparel retail and fashion trends
  • Change agent, with high energy for transformation

Pay Range:$80,000 - $90,000

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills. Additional Compensation: This role is bonus eligible.
