The marketing department is consumer driven, and value led, focused on delivering impact and incremental profits for the corporation. The team adds value by smart, scalable, consumer centric initiatives, while leveraging data and insights to validate our approach.
The team’s scope is global, with expertise in all markets, regions and across all channels. All aspects of the brand experience from positioning to look and feel to voice are driven by the department. The TH Marketing & Communications department has 3 key objectives:
The Position
As the Manager CRM, you will be the strategic lead responsible for maximizing Member Lifetime Value (MLV). You will design and oversee the execution of high-impact member growth strategies, ensuring our fashion brand remains top-of-mind. Working within an agile cross-functional pod structure, you will bridge the gap between data-driven insights and creative execution to deliver seamless omnichannel activations through all CRM channels.
Key Responsibilities
• Member Growth Strategy: Develop and lead the execution of comprehensive strategies to acquire, engage, and retain members, with a primary focus on increasing frequency, spend, and lifetime value.
• Lifecycle & Trigger Management: Architect and optimize automated lifecycle journeys—from onboarding and "member-only" activations to win-back programs—ensuring every touchpoint is personalized and timely.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with agile pods (Product, Data, Creative, and Tech) to implement marketing playbooks and toolkits that support EU-wide or global activations.
• Data-Driven Insights: Analyze member behavior and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities, presenting actionable narratives to leadership to guide investment.
• Loyalty & Personalization: Evolve the segmentation strategy to deliver member experiences and personalized rewards that resonate with a fashion-forward audience.
Qualifications & Skills
• Experience: 5+ years in CRM or Lifecycle Marketing, ideally within fashion retail or high-growth e-commerce.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, e.g. Business, Marketing, Statistics, Data Science or a related discipline.
• Strategy: Proven track record of building membership value through automated campaigns and loyalty initiatives.
• Analytics & Data Expertise: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make robust, data driven decisions to improve business outcomes
• Technical Savvy: Hands-on experience with CRM/CDP platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Braze, Emarsys) and analytics tools.
• Leadership: Experience working in agile or pod environments, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
• Mindset: A "test-and-learn" attitude with a deep interest in consumer trends and innovation.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
