The Team & Our Mission
We are an integrated, in-house full-funnel media team dedicated to boosting brand visibility and driving consideration for our products. We don’t just buy placements; we strategically engineer them. By utilizing deep data insights, high-impact creativity, and strategic partnerships, we maximize reach and ensure our brand stands out in a crowded market.
Our goal is to make every media investment count, securing a lasting impact and a seamless journey for our audience from the first impression to the final conversion.
About the Role
As our Media Specialist, you will lead our digital media buying efforts with a focus on both programmatic and social landscapes. This role goes beyond "hitting go" on a campaign. We are looking for a media expert who thrives on sophisticated audience layering, inventory curation, and best-in-class creative execution. You will ensure our brand appears in high-quality, high-converting environments across the open web and walled gardens.
Lead the end-to-end management of paid programmatic (Display, Video, Native, CTV) and social campaigns. You will ensure a frictionless user journey as audiences move between platforms.
Plan and execute multi-channel media campaigns, maintaining consistency in messaging, visual identity, and brand alignment across every touchpoint.
Leverage 1st-party data and 3rd-party segments to build complex targeting logic, including high-fidelity lookalikes and cross-platform retargeting sequences.
Own the full technical lifecycle; trafficking tags, implementing pixels (Conversions API, Meta Pixel), and ensuring seamless integration with our DMP/CDP.
Partner closely with our in-house creative team to brief high-performing assets. You will translate media requirements into actionable design specs for video, display, and social.
Build and maintain direct relationships with publishers, account managers, and social platform reps to secure exclusive alpha/beta access and Private Marketplace (PMP) deals.
Track KPIs and translate complex datasets into clear, actionable narratives that help internal stakeholders understand the "why" behind the numbers.
Stay ahead of the curve on platform updates, emerging ad-tech, and viral trends to ensure our in-house strategy remains cutting-edge.
The Ideal Candidate
4+ years of hands-on experience in programmatic digital media buying and planning with a focus on social media/programmatic strategy and execution.
You possess strong data and technology acumen, with profound experience in social advertising and brand strategy.
You have a strong creative eye and a deep understanding of digital media ad formats and brand guidelines.
Experience with Smartly.io or similar marketing automation platform.
You are analytical and skilled in communication, able to translate consumer data analysis into relevant business questions.
Strong understanding of digital analytics, measurement studies, and attribution models.
Experience working within brand organizations (In-House) or a digital agency is ideal.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
