OVERVIEW
Position Summary:
As part of the NA Operations organization, the Transformation Enablement Team leads strategic initiatives that simplify, standardize, & connect how PVH works — integrating operating model, process, technology, & people to drive operational efficiency, scalability, & long-term growth.
The team partners across brands, functions, and regions to design and embed connected, efficient ways of working through process redesign, digital enablement, and capability building to optimize how the company operates and delivers business value.
The Manager, Transformation Enablement (Buying & Selling) is accountable for driving transformation delivery within an assigned domain (e.g., Commercial Planning, Buying & Selling, Operations, or Design & Development). The role partners closely with business and technology leaders to design, implement, and embed improved processes, capabilities, and ways of working that deliver measurable business outcomes.
This role serves as the day-to-day domain owner for transformation initiatives — translating strategy into execution, managing cross-functional workstreams, supporting change adoption, and ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and with quality. The Manager works under the direction of a Director or Senior Director while exercising strong ownership within their domain.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Responsibilities:
•Domain Transformation Delivery
•Own & deliver transformation initiatives within the assigned domain, aligned to regional priorities and enterprise roadmaps.
•Translate high-level transformation strategy into clear workplans, milestones, and deliverables.
•Partner with business leaders to define future-state processes, operating models, & capability requirements.
•Ensure initiatives deliver intended outcomes related to speed, efficiency, decision quality, and operational performance.
•Process Design & Optimization
•Map current & future-state processes, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
•Define business requirements & support solution design in partnership with IT and Global Platform teams.
•Support standardization & simplification of processes while accounting for region or brand-specific needs.
•Document processes, roles, and ways of working to support scalability and sustainability.
•Technology Enablement & Business Readiness
•Partner with IT to support solution design, testing, and deployment activities.
•Lead or support business enablement activities, including UAT, training preparation, process documentation, and cutover readiness.
•Act as a liaison between business users and technology teams, ensuring solutions meet operational needs.
•Support data readiness, reporting, and KPI definition for the domain.
•Change Enablement & Adoption
•Support change management activities to ensure new processes and tools are adopted and embedded.
•Identify change impacts and risks within the domain and work with leaders to address readiness gaps.
•Reinforce new ways of working post-implementation, supporting stabilization and continuous improvement.
•Cross-Functional Collaboration & Governance
•Participate in transformation governance forums, providing status updates, risk identification, and issue resolution support.
•Coordinate with other Domain Managers to manage cross-domain dependencies.
•Escalate risks, trade-offs, and resourcing constraints as needed to ensure successful delivery.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience:
•7–10 years experience in operations, transformation, process improvement, or consulting roles.
•Experience delivering cross-functional initiatives within commercial, supply chain, or product lifecycle domains.
•Working knowledge of process design, business analysis, and change enablement.
•Exposure to enterprise systems and tools (e.g., SAP, Planning tools, PLM, reporting/analytics platforms).
•Demonstrated ability to work across functions and influence without direct authority.
Education:
•Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS)
Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Fashion Merchandising, or related field required.
•Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, or Project Management certification a plus

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and execution plans.
•Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
•Effective communicator able to engage business and technical partners.
•Comfortable operating in ambiguity and managing multiple priorities.
•Strong ability to manage execution across multiple workstreams while maintaining attention to detail.
Pay Range:$104,500---$141,200PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
