About the role
Join PVH Wholesale team as a Sales Director France+ for Calvin Klein!
You will be in charge to ensure the successful development of the brand by defining B2B sales operational strategy and Department Stores Development according to PVH's Global commercial strategy.
Your main responsiblities will be :
- Develop and implement the Calvin Klein Sales strategy in France, Belgium and Luxembourg in line with global.
- Manage a team of 26 people (Sales Managers, Team Leaders, Key Account Managers, Account Managers and Interns)
- Optimize sales, profitability
- Steering and framing the needs of the French+ market : participation in the collection structure, definition of business opportunities with the Merchandising teams to ensure that the France+ assortment meets market needs.
- Produce and present reliable, qualitative and quantitative reports to the Global Team and VP Wholesale South West Hub.
- Conduct regular store visits and gather information on market trends, competition (offer, performance, price positioning, etc.) in order to provide feedback on opportunities.

About the team
You will report to the VP Wholesale South West Hub and work closely with the Global team. For us, team spirit is essential, and we are convinced that we can lead the way together.
PROFILE
At PVH, we are looking for people who are curious, passionate by products, result-oriented and who adapt fast.
With a 5-year degree or equivalent, you have at least 10/15 years of similar experience, ideally in a fashion international company in a cross-channel/multicultural environment.
Open-minded and enthusiastic by nature, you take ownership and drive your work with confidence. You are recognized for doing your best to deliver excellence and are keen to unite your teams by example.
Languages used on a daily basis are French and English, both spoken and written.
