Senior Executive, Visual Merchandising and Project, TH HKMO

  • Develop both Seasonal and Evergreen THMW/THJ/THK guidelines, in collaboration with Regional VM Training leader, to align both merchandising and VM Strategies for final execution in market.
  • Execute THMW/THJ/THK VM direction for instore regular merchandising (such as men and women’s wall arrangement) and attend mock ups / set ups for in season merchandising.
  • Support the new season launch by reviewing VM plans and visual location plans for THMW/THJ/THK.
  • Prioritize markets and projects that will allow him / her to travel regularly to support Stores, and ensure not only the brand environment has been achieved properly, but also to understand how other competitors and brands do outside TH. And to identify market opportunities & successes to share with multiple partners across the market.
  • Partner with Regional Project team for regular TB on floor plan revisions, approvals and integration of new strategies that affects floor plans and fixture allocation. Align with OP team and regional project team on SKU capacity for key new store opening.
  • Work closely with internal departments leads on new season launching preparation, including launching plans, merchandising meetings as well as pre alignment meetings that will lead into seasonal execution.
  • Collaborate with CS & Procurement team to provide inputs for POP, VM tools development, renders, creative solutions and needs for THMW/THJ/THK.
  • Train and develop all the local Visual Merchandisers to ensure they are self-sufficient and maximizing the sales returns within the region, as well as they feel empower to make decisions based on the VM guidelines.
  • Develop new processes to keep VM active and updated, and think outside the box while delivering consistent brand look & feel.
  • Provide administrative support in sourcing materials, installation and logistic arrangement.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • At least 5 years relevant experience in fashion retail industry
  • Clear understanding on local and global fashion trends, VM competitors and inspirational references.
  • Strong sense in styling & colors, outfit co-ordination, floor merchandising, fashion& trends
  • Detailed- minded, independent & presentable; able to prioritize job tasks in tight timeline & organized manner
  • Good verbal and written communication in English, Mandarin
  • Good interpersonal skill and team player
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, basic knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Good command in Adobe Platform (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design) or other graphic design software
  • Over 3 years experiences in VM will be considered first
