The Team
Within the eCommerce team, our mission is to drive a commercially focused strategy with a strong emphasis on product, trading, and business growth to elevate online performance. The Digital Merchandising team serves as the backbone of eCommerce, leading site merchandising, content, and product launches to achieve sales and conversion targets, as well as operational excellence. The team works closely with the broader CK teams to ensure strategic alignment and drive commercial performance. As a key member of the team, this role plays a significant part in the department’s overall success and strategic growth.
The Position
As Specialist Product Launch at Calvin Klein Europe, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, quality, and visibility of product information across ck.com and partner marketplaces. You will oversee the creation, translation, and optimisation of product titles, descriptions, and filters, maintaining consistency and alignment with brand standards. Managing external copywriters and translation partners, you will guide content workflows from briefing to publication while supporting data accuracy and enrichment within the Product Information Management (PIM). Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential as you drive automation initiatives and deliver engaging, accurate product content that enhances the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the creation, localisation, and delivery of product titles, descriptions, and filters for ck.com and partner marketplaces, ensuring accuracy, quality, and brand alignment.
Manage external copywriting and translation partners, providing clear guidelines, templates, and quality control across all languages.
Maintain and manage PIM enrichments, overseeing product attribution, filter updates, dictionary maintenance and size mapping to optimise product discoverability.
Drive automation and AI initiatives, including managing the AI tool and partner for attribute creation, owning data stewardship and QA.
Collaborate cross-functionally with buying, site merchandising, planning, and divisional teams to ensure product content and categories are current and consistent.
Act as the key contact for sustainability-related product data and website updates.
Partner with PVH Studios, buying and US headquarters to ensure timely image availability and the effective use of external assets.
Strong collaboration with the teams (internally and externally) to ensure issues are surfaced early and resolved efficiently.
Proactive identification and escalation of risks or inconsistencies (e.g. content gaps, attribute issues, partner errors) before they impact timelines.
Align with other PVH regions to share best practices and standardise product data, copy, and processes globally.
Develop and track product availability and status data, reporting to stakeholders as needed.
The Ideal Candidate
3–5 years of experience in product content management.
Familiarity with PIM systems and data management tools, with an interest in developing expertise in automation and AI-driven solutions.
Exceptional attention to detail and a structured approach to managing high volumes of product data and copy.
Strong editorial judgement and an understanding of tone of voice, ensuring product copy is accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand standards.
Experience coordinating external agencies or freelancers, with the ability to manage timelines and quality control.
Confident working with translation workflows and maintaining content consistency across multiple languages and markets.
Analytical mindset with the ability to report on performance, identify efficiencies, and recommend improvements using advanced excel and SQL.
Collaborative communicator who thrives in a cross-functional, fast-paced digital environment.
