This role will be responsible for the execution and the handling of specific operational tasks to support Commercial and Regional Wholesale Team. Consolidation and standardization of processes within the group and delivery of support processes.
The incumbent will ensure the in-time delivery and completion of the below tasks in adherence to professional standards set by the manager, and to cover among 5 different markets including Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao (SEATH):
Coordinating with operation and obtaining approval on shipment mode arrangement.
Shipments tracking and ensure timely arrival. Coordination with operations and warehouse for delivery arrangement to stores.
Delivery arrangement for stock or gwp between LDC, store, office or event area.
Coordination on packaging & price tag ordering.
Handling payment invoice and PO creation for logistics, packaging, GWP, price tag and 3rd party merchandise purchase.
Responsible for sales order creation for every Seasonal Market Launch.
Responsible for promotion set up or changes in system as well as to perform testing to ensure effectiveness in POS system.
To check and rectify any promotion issues not effective in system and raise IT Ticket. To persistently liaise with IT team and ensure smooth operation.
Handling inventory discrepancy, adjustment, write off or damage in system with approval obtain.
SAP system transaction correction on missing articles, reversal, cancellation and any adjustment.
Monitoring on outstanding Stock Transfer Order and ensure store perform receiving in system upon received.
To perform weekly stock consolidation for stores.
Liaison with business development for any new opening, relocation, closure or pop-up store schedule
Coordination with finance, IT, sap team to ensure site creation completion in SAP, GRC, Fiori & Citrix
Updating site status in SAP site attributes
Daily sales reports, Outlets reports, Allocation reports, Demographic reports, Incentive reports, Monthly sales report, Sell thru reports, Order reports, STO reports, Inventory reports and etc.
Any other relevant operational and administrative tasks assigned by the manager from time to time.
