The Team
The objective of the DTC Analytics & Reporting team within PVH Europe is to act as the bridge between the Business, Finance, and Data Teams; supporting the Business owners to translate their strategies into budgets and long-term plans; and with that setting and safeguarding targets for PVH Europe. “We are Business Partners, actively seeking to build trusted relationships with our Stakeholders.”
The Position
This is an exciting opportunity to join our PVHE DTC Analytics and Reporting team. Based in Amsterdam, the Business Analyst - Omnichannel position reports into the Director DTC Analytics & Reporting. The role is responsible for driving performance mindset, delivering reporting capabilities and collaborating with stakeholders from across the Omnichannel business.
In this role, you are expected to analyze metrics and design reports in order to drive critical business decisions. You will also contribute to projects aimed at standardizing and automating our business performance and financial reporting. A successful candidate will be a self-starter who is able to work cross-functionally, highly collaborative, and feels comfortable working with multiple stakeholders. In this role you will play a crucial role in the current SAP BW to Databricks re-platforming of the data reporting system for the back end and from Tableau to PowerBI for frontend reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and understand business requirements, translating them into data analysis and reporting objectives.
Query, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to derive meaningful insights and trends.
Perform statistical analysis and modeling to support business decision-making.
Communicate findings and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through presentations, reports, and data visualizations.
Develop and maintain data models and data visualizations to support ongoing reporting and analysis needs.
Support the development of enterprise dashboards using data visualization tools like PowerBI.
Develop pilot or small-scale dashboard solutions using PowerBI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, finance, and operations, to understand business needs and provide actionable insights.
Monitor data quality and identify and resolve data inconsistencies or anomalies.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data analysis, tools, and methodologies.

The Ideal Candidate.
Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Working experience in analytics & reporting is mandatory
2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles.
Prior experience in retail or fashion industry data is a plus especially in ECOM.
Experience with data modeling and ability to translate data into comprehensive visualizations using best practices
Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Adobe, Google analytics with Python as a plus
Experience working in agile methodology
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and insights from data.
Experience with Databricks preferred
Experience with SAP Hana & BW is a plus
Strong PowerPoint and Excel skill
Self-starter with ability to multi-task and deal with time pressure
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and data integration processes.
Capable of prioritizing multiple tasks while looking for ways to improve current processes
Flexible: comfortable working in a fast-paced and fast-changing environment
Fluency in English, both written and verbal. Additional languages are a plus.

Requirements
