Director, Employer Branding CommunicationsPOSITION SUMMARY:
The Director of Employer Branding and Communications plays a crucial role in crafting and promoting the company’s reputation as an employer of choice. This leader is responsible for developing and driving innovative global employer branding strategies that enhance the organization’s appeal to prospective candidates while reinforcing engagement with current employees.
In this role, you will lead the global Center of Excellence (COE) coordinating cross-business collaboration for the Americas, EMEA and APAC, driving marketing campaigns that enable PVH to attract, engage and retain the best talent while maintaining a competitive advantage in our industry.
The ideal candidate will have experience in employer branding and/or talent acquisition, leading and influencing teams, with consistent track record to build and maintain relationships, balance daily execution with long-term strategy creation, developing programs to elevate our career platforms, technology and channels, and drive operational efficiencies.

Experience: 8-10 years
Work schedule: Hybrid, in office 3x a week Tues, Wed, Thurs
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
