About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. This individual will manage confidential information with discretion, coordinate various administrative functions, and facilitate smooth operations for the team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, resourceful professional with experience in a fast-paced corporate environment, particularly supporting two SVP- level executives, and VP level executives on the team.

The Executive Assistant (EA) is responsible for providing administrative support to the Information Technology group, specifically to two Senior Vice President level executives as well as back-up support to other IT Leadership Team Executives as needed.     

The Executive Assistant position requires advanced interpersonal, organizational, and technical administrative skills. Accuracy and the ability to work with others and operate across locations, within local geographic area (NJ/NY) and globally, are of particular importance in this position. The IT organization is global, with locations around the world, and the EA must be able to manage seamlessly across time zones.

The Executive Assistant provides direct support to SVP’s and other IT Executives on the team, in the areas of: calendar management; international travel coordination; invoice processing; new associate and consultant onboarding including space, equipment, and network access; space planning and ordering/coordinating meals for large group/team meetings.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage complex calendars for three leaders, including scheduling meetings, updating meeting locations, and communicating meeting logistics to executives and attendees.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, including but not limited to flight bookings, hotel accommodations, transportation, and visa arrangements.  Create detailed travel and meeting agenda.
  • Function as a liaison between the executives, internal teams, and external partners, maintaining strong relationships and effective communication channels.
  • Assist in the coordination and planning of conferences, and meetings, handling logistics, catering, and other arrangements.
  • Confidentiality Management: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion, ensuring confidentiality in accordance with company policies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other EAs to ensure seamless operations across departments.
  • New Hire Onboarding: Coordinate logistics for new hires, including equipment setup, network access requests, space planning, phone setup, building access, and updates to IT intranet and contact lists (including operations, business continuity, vendors, and business partners).
  • Meeting Support: Attend staff meetings, track action items, and facilitate scheduling with team members. Keep teams updated on administrative matters.
  • Vendor Correspondence: Manage communication with vendors as required for various administrative needs.

What You'll Bring:

  • Preferred experience within large, multi-brand corporate environments.
  • Proven experience supporting executives at the VP level or above.
  • Extensive experience in calendar management and organizing international travel.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) preferred.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in managing different time zones and working with international teams.
  • Strong time management, organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and calendar management software.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and handle changing demands.
  • Strong knowledge of travel logistics for both domestic and international travel.
  • Ability to prepare and manage electronic expense reports and corporate credit card accounts, with preference for experience with Concur.
  • Availability to work after hours or on weekends, if needed — though only on rare occasions

Budgetary Responsibilities:

  • Manage budget allocations for planning events, off-site meetings, and team lunches/dinners, ensuring all expenses are within approved limits.

Resourcefulness & Creativity:

  • Must thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain a positive, cooperative attitude while under pressure. Able to act independently, follow instructions, and adjust to changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

Work Environment:

  • Capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced setting with frequent adjustments to priorities. Occasional travel to NJ office locations may be required.

This role requires flexibility and the ability to balance numerous tasks and responsibilities. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who can manage competing priorities while maintaining strong communication and organizational skills.

Pay Range:$80,150---$113,700

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills. Additional Compensation: This role is bonus eligible.
