The Team

This is a key consumer insights position in the team for all major insights for Tommy Hilfiger marketing teams enabling us to win with the best consumer engagement

The Position

This position leads and is the expert in all consumer insight projects in the sphere of brand & marketing strategy. The work covers mainly central/ HQ functions & departments. Has the responsibility to define, execute and integrate multisource analyze from multi-source insights to build comprehensive report and sharp business conclusion to inform main strategic planning and processes.

The Responsibilities:

  • Lead continuous efforts to combine and/or generate different data sources (Brand health tracking program, digital insights, sales, qualitative / quantitative brand understanding) in order to build our point of view on latest brand, campaign, communication performance and its implications – at global, regional and key market level.

  • Work with key stakeholders in the marketing teams to build and lead the execution of the annual marketing Consumer Insights program to ensure we “win with best consumer engagement” – one of the key pillar of the PVH+ strategic priorities.

  • Leverage relevant ongoing consumer engagement tools, including running DIY quantitative and qualitative methodologies, to secure that we have the relevant global consumer understanding to fuel the Tommy Hilfiger marketing organization.

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the Consumer Insights organization, to ensure that the totality of all learning is fully digested and used with the marketing organization.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience at Managers level for at least 5 years

  • Experience in similar role in consumer insights in consumer goods, ideally in apparel /fashion industry

  • Proven track record of running from A to Z quantitative and qualitative projects using self-serve platforms

  • Ability to recommend and run different quantitative and qualitative technics

  • Strong presentation skills at senior level

  • Collaborative; able to liaise closely across all levels of the organization

  • Strong aesthetic eye and taste level; strict attention to detail

  • Excellent project management and organization skills

  • Strategic and pragmatic

  • Good listener; diplomatic mediator and decision maker

  • Confidence, motivation, credibility, collaboration, and the ability to adapt to change and a willingness to bring the very best to the team
