The Team

The EMEA Marketing Department is consumer driven and value led, focused on delivering impact and incremental profits for the corporation. The team adds value by smart, scalable, consumer centric initiatives, while leveraging data and insights to validate our approach.

The EMEA Marketing Team’s scope is regional, with expertise in all EMEA markets and across all channels and serves to implement and execute regional marketing strategy, develop an overarching activation framework and to make measurable impact in all the hubs.

The Position

The specialist will support the Planning Marketing Managers and wider regional marketing team in the planning and execution of the regional marketing plan. The specialist will be a key player in communicating with stakeholders throughout the business and working across multiple consumer touchpoints and channels (including but not limited to retail, wholesale, e-commerce, influencer, membership & loyalty and paid media).

This role will lead content and messaging alignment for the region, collaborating cross-functionally to execute the creative rollout defined by Global Brand Marketing. Additionally, coordinating campaign reporting and tracking the relevant marketing KPIs to generate actionable insights to inform future briefs.

Success in this position will positively contribute to the business, brand health and marketing performance of Tommy Hilfiger in the EMEA+ Region.

Responsibilities
Include but not limited to:

  • Maintain and own marketing calendars, planning overviews and seasonal content frameworks,
  • Organise and analyse business data, to help shape action plans,
  • Liaise with consumer insights teams to define the key insights that will make measurable impact in the EMEA region,
  • Coordinate cross-channel planning activity including content alignment,
  • Coordinate seasonal and campaign reporting
  • Seek improvements in processes and tools to streamline operations,
  • Consolidate and translate marketing rollouts into clear presentations and communications tools,
  • Support with budget management including trackers and budget systems maintenance,
  • Identify best practices to critically assess how activations can be scaled and expanded across markets,
  • Lead the recurring cross-functional forums with to ensure seamless communication flow across markets and regional HQ teams,
  • Support marketing planning processes and initiatives.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in Marketing, Management or the equivalent in experience
  • 3+ years' experience in marketing in Fashion, Retail, FMCG, and or agency
  • Strong proven project management skills + record of accomplishment
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, strategic thinking, and decision-maker, able to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and quickly adapting to fast-paced and uncertain environments
  • Strong analytical skills being able to make sense of large sets of data from multiple sources and distil clear patterns and takeaways
  • Experience with multiple marketing channels, both on and offline
  • A collaborative team player who can confidently communicate across functions and levels
  • Advanced Keynote, Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills,
  • A keen interest in the fashion industry and fashion consumers,
  • Experience with content management and/or planning software is a plus,
  • Business-level proficiency in English.
