PVH Retail Operations is responsible for circa 50% of the European total business. It’s a fast paced, energetic and open environment, where everyone has a voice and is highly encouraged to contribute. Our teams operate autonomously, but with one consistent thread that runs through our retail business: ‘Retail Working as One’. We are one team, made up of five key departments: Buying, Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Retail Operations and our Store Teams on the ground, driving our business. The Business Analyst will support cross-functional business operations and data initiatives across two globally recognized fashion brands: Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger. The role, bridges the gap between retail data, operations, and strategy by delivering insights and solutions that optimize platform lifecycle management, customer experience, and regional performance.
You will be responsible for maintaining high-quality business and master data, managing data requests, streamlining business processes, and providing operational reporting across the EMEA region.
Responsibilities include:
Master Data & Business Process Governance
Maintain and ensure accuracy of key master data (product, site, customer) across retail systems.
Coordinate and process requests for data creation and updates with stakeholders across operations, retail and digital commerce.
Business Analysis & Process Optimization
Perform root cause analysis and identify opportunities for improving operational workflows and decision-making tools.
Assist in the development and documentation business processes for continuous improvement.
Reporting & Insights
Develop and maintain reports/dashboards for performance monitoring using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel and all other platform data points
Track KPIs and operational metrics such as data quality, footfall accuracy, Yext online data points and all other store based KPI metrics.
Support cross-brand reporting initiatives, ensuring alignment in definitions and reporting standards.
Perform root cause analysis on performance variances and recommend corrective actions.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Act as a liaison between business units, regional teams, and technical/data governance departments.
Communicate effectively with retail, e-commerce, finance, and regional operations teams to align on data and reporting needs
About YOU
Communicate effectively with retail, e-commerce, finance, and regional operations teams to align on data and reporting needs.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
2–4 years of experience in a business/data analyst role within retail, fashion, or consumer goods.
Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and one or more BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Experience with data management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce Commerce Cloud) is a strong advantage.
Familiarity with JIRA and Asana for tracking operational tasks and project requests.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities across global stakeholders
You have previous experience working in retail operations ideally gained within a retail environment.
You have the ability to research and analyse multiple data streams enabling you to Make Informed Decisions
