Talent Acquisition Specialist
The Team
Within the People Experience and Services team, our mission is to deliver a seamless and standardized associate experience across EMEA, ensuring alignment with the company’s broader goals of operational excellence and service quality. This position’s team plays a key role in streamlining HR processes, eliminating duplication, and driving consistency across core areas such as Data, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Associate Lifecycle, and Advisory services. The team works closely with HR Business Partners, the Community of Experts, and the People Strategy team, while also collaborating with global HR, Finance, and Communications to support regional scalability, automation, and associate satisfaction across EMEA.
The Position
As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will lead recruitment for your business area, delivering talent through a skills-based hiring approach. You’ll partner with HR and business leaders to align recruitment strategies with business priorities, ensuring consistent and high-quality hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Consistently deliver high-quality Talent Acquisition services and raise the bar to ensure we attract and recruit top talent to meet our strategic priorities, challenging the status quo where needed
In partnership with HRBP’s use workforce analytics to drive insights and enable hiring decisions to meet skills demands for the future
Deliver talent acquisition services across the functions you support, ensuring PVH is represented as an employer of choice throughout our hiring process
Drives innovation using deep knowledge, expertise, and external insights to anticipate trends and remain competitive across the external talent landscape
Manages and implements employer branding across portfolio leveraging storytelling and deep business knowledge to activate recruitment marketing campaigns
Collaborates with CoE’s to drive effective talent planning to increase internal hires and ensure external pipelines are in place.
Deliver cyclical recruitment activities for future talent programs
Act as Talent Acquisition subject matter expert for hiring managers in defined business areas where required

Measures of Success
Talent Acquisition Efficiency: Achievement of time-to-hire goals for critical roles, ensuring minimal delays and high engagement with candidates.
Candidate Quality: Ensuring a high percentage of hires meet or exceed hiring manager expectations within their first six months.
Hiring Manager Satisfaction: Continuously improve hiring manager satisfaction through feedback surveys. Target: Achieve a satisfaction score of 85% or higher from hiring managers.
Recruitment Process Effectiveness: Streamlining recruitment processes to reduce bottlenecks and manual effort. Target: Achieve a 15% reduction in recruitment process time and cost.
Retention Rate of New Hires: Focus on retaining high-quality talent. Target: Ensure at least 85% of new hires remain with the company beyond 12 months.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is an experienced talent acquisition professional with strong leadership skills and deep expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment, particularly in brand-led and consumer-focused environments. The preferred candidate will have demonstrable experience in the following:
Experience: previous experience in Talent Acquisition
Recruitment Expertise: Skilled in full-cycle, skills-based hiring, ideally within fashion or consumer brands, and knowledge of modern talent acquisition tools and techniques
Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to build strong relationships with HRBPs and business leaders
Tools & Data: Advanced technical recruitment expertise and business knowledge of global retail brands and related cross functional hiring needs.
Change focused: Experience of driving and implementing continuous improvement projects
Advanced knowledge of recruitment systems and/or tools: i.e. LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday. CRMs
Education: A bachelor's or master’s degree ideally within Business related specialism or over 7 years equivalent experience within Talent Acquisition roles
Language: Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
