The Role:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Specialist to support the Business Unit (BU) Operations team. This role plays a key part in ensuring the successful execution of seasonal processes, with a strong focus on Market Launch Operations, seasonal calendar management, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate understands how a BU operates across the Go-To-Market (GTM) cycle and can translate operational needs into actionable plans.

This is a dynamic and hands-on role that goes beyond spreadsheets and timelines. You will be directly involved in the preparation of seasonal showrooms, coordination of photo shoots in our studios, and collaboration with models and styling teams to bring the collection to life. You will also support the merchandising style-out process, helping shape how the product is presented to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute BU operational tasks with minimal supervision and a deep understanding of seasonal workflows.

  • Lead or support Market Launch preparation, ensuring alignment across Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, and Sales.

  • Manage and optimize seasonal calendars, deadlines, and deliverables across the BU.

  • Act as a key point of contact for regional markets, supporting them with tools, timelines, and operational guidance.

  • Coordinate the setup of showrooms and support the execution of seasonal photo shoots and style-outs.

  • Analyze and interpret data to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency.

  • Drive small-scale projects or process improvements that enhance BU performance.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of seasonal milestones.

  • Provide training or guidance to junior team members and act as a go-to person for BU operational processes.

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience in BU operations, preferably in a seasonal or fashion/lifestyle business.

  • Strong understanding of the Go-To-Market process, including key milestones like Line Opening, Market Launch, and Sales Meeting preparation.

  • Holds a university or engineering degree with 3–4 years of relevant experience.

  • Skilled in data analysis, project coordination, and cross-functional communication.

  • Experience working with regional markets or commercial teams is a strong plus.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Enthusiastic about working in a creative environment, with exposure to product, styling, and visual presentation.

  • Solution-oriented mindset with a passion for improving processes and tools.

Additional Guidelines

  • Brings in-depth knowledge and experience in BU operations.

  • Applies best practices and internal/external insights to improve services.

  • Solves complex problems using structured approaches.

  • Receives minimal guidance and acts as a resource for others.

  • Builds strong networks across departments, including regional stakeholders.
