The Team
This position will form part of the Digital Consumer Operations team, which is responsible for all digital consumer operations, with a mission to help deliver best-in-class digital experiences across all markets and DTC channels. This team plays a critical role in providing the insights, tools and capabilities needed to drive commercial growth, consumer engagement and retention through excellence in customer experience, digital product development, and eCommerce and consumer analytics. This team collaborates across multiple functions, including the Brand teams, global and regional IT and the Global Analytics team to enhance the digital consumer experience, providing each brand with data-driven actionable insights to inform their strategy, commercial priorities and roadmaps.

The Position
As Specialist SEO, you will report to the SEO Manager and play a key role in driving organic traffic and revenue growth through improved search engine visibility. This hands-on role focuses on technical SEO, keyword strategy, on-site optimization, and performance analytics. You will be responsible for identifying and executing SEO opportunities in alignment with business goals and content strategies. The ideal candidate is both analytical and collaborative, with a strong understanding of search engine behavior, web performance, and how SEO integrates with the broader eCommerce and digital marketing ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Execution

  • Contribute to the implementation of SEO strategy for Tommy.com in the EMEA region.

  • Conduct keyword research and optimize on-site content to improve organic rankings and traffic.

  • Stay up-to-date on algorithm changes and adjust strategies accordingly.

Technical SEO & Site Performance

  • Conduct regular technical audits using tools like SEMrush and Google Search Console.

  • Identify and fix technical SEO issues (e.g. crawl errors, duplicate content, broken links).

  • Support in the creation and validation of SEO tickets in collaboration with platform and development teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Content, UX, Site Merchandising, and Product Owners to optimize site structure and content performance.

  • Align with the Paid Search (SEA) team to ensure cohesive search strategies and performance across channels.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track and report on organic KPIs such as keyword rankings, CTR, bounce rates, and conversions.

  • Analyze site performance to identify optimization opportunities and develop actionable insights.


Measures of Success

  • Growth in Organic Search traffic and contribution to Net Sales

  • Improved rankings for high-priority and brand-relevant keywords

  • Timely resolution of SEO issues and bugs

  • Proactive contribution to cross-functional initiatives

  • Delivery of insightful, actionable performance reports


Ideal Candidate

  • 2–4 years of experience in SEO or Organic Search, preferably in an E-commerce environment

  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices

  • Hands-on experience with tools such as SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics

  • Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (basic technical troubleshooting skills preferred)

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Comfortable working with large data sets and performance reports

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects independently

  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
